This past weekend I was making my monthly circuit to teach and meet with our Tennessee and Atlanta area fellowship groups. In both groups, we always have a time for members to share what the Lord has been doing in/through/for them—that is to say, testimonies and praise reports.

As is the case everywhere, our people are laboring under the curses of disobedience to God’s law (see Deuteronomy 28 et al. Yes, I know Jesus “redeemed us from the curse of the law,” but people still get hurt, contract diseases and die, don’t they? To believe that Christ’s atoning death means we can disobey with impunity is a false doctrine that has permeated the church—but alas, this is not the forum for a full-blown dissertation on the law.) Thus we find illness and disease everywhere: cancer, diabetes, heart problems, etc.

In our fellowships, we pray diligently and sincerely for healing. Sometimes the illness turns out to be fatal. Does this cause us to believe that God has not heard our prayers? No, of course not. Christians realize that there is a time appointed (predestinated) for each of us to go to our rest, and only the Father knows that time appointed. Thus, we always couch our prayers in terms of “Thy will be done.”

But sometimes, we are thrilled when Father works a miraculous healing in answer to our prayers. Last month, we prayed for Linda’s brother, Bruce, who had been diagnosed with a mass in his pancreas. From all appearances, it was pancreatic cancer, which is a particularly rapid-spreading and almost always fatal form of the big “C”—usually a three to four-month life expectancy.

You can imagine the “hallelujahs” erupting from our Atlanta fellowship last Sunday when Linda reported that a follow-up exam showed no sign of any mass in Bruce’s pancreas! Praise ye the Lord Yahweh!

In my haste, I had neglected to include another fact which points to the timing and significance of the Jubilee trial balloon. Can’t you just see our Father chuckling as we discover that this Jubilee sign occurred during the very week that Mr. Obama turned 49? (Although 50 is a number associated with both Pentecost and Tabernacles-Jubilee, the number 49 is associated only with Jubilee, not Pentecost.) His birthday, August 4^th, is the 216^th day of the year.

Ron Oja has expounded to us in great depth at our conferences over the years on the astounding significance of the number 216…having to do with Joshua (type of Yahshua-Jesus), with the moon and Jericho, the second appearing of the Savior, the fall of Babylon, and dozens of other related aspects.

How soon after this trial balloon of a false Jubilee will it be before we see the actual forgiveness and cancellation of ALL DEBT? Will it happen within one year from Mr. Obama’s birthday? I do not know. My feeling is that we should watch very carefully the political relationship between Sarah Palin and Mr. Obama as it develops in the months/years ahead.

The political atmosphere and the blogiverse were all abuzz yesterday with rumors that President Obama might forgive the debts for “home owners” whose mortgages were “under water.” It would appear to me that this is a trial balloon being floated by the Obama administration. But the fact that Wall Street firms are quietly telling some of their clients of the possibility tends to indicate that it is more than a wild rumor. The blogiverse on the so-called Left and Right were both weighing in. Before I show you the biblical ramifications and signs involved, here are a few samplings [all emphasis is mine unless otherwise noted—JWB]:

Main Street may be about to get its own gigantic bailout. Rumors are running wild from Washington to Wall Street that the Obama administration is about to order government-controlled lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to forgive
a portion of the mortgage debt of millions of Americans who owe more than what their homes are worth. An estimated 15 million U.S. mortgages – one in five – are underwater with negative equity of some $800 billion. Recall that on Christmas Eve 2009, the Treasury Department waived a $400 billion limit on financial assistance to Fannie and Freddie, pledging unlimited help. The actual vehicle for the bailout could be the Bush-era Home Affordable Refinance Program, or HARP, a sister program to Obama’s loan modification effort. HARP was just extended through June 30, 2011. [This is from a Reuters columnist. The rest of his article is here.]

From the Leftist-Progressive Atlantic Monthly:

But today, a possibility is being talked about where the GSEs [government-sponsored enterprises; i.e. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; i.e., government-owned and/or controlled businesses—JWB] instead (or maybe also) forgive the principal on the underwater mortgages they own or guarantee. James Pethokoukis of Reuters suggests that this could amount to as much as $800 billion. This would be such a huge move that it’s hard to wrap your head around it.

First, this could really happen. The Treasury has unlimited discretion to plow as much money as it pleases into Fannie and Freddie. So adding several hundred billion dollars to the $150 billion already provided through their bailout would be as easy as the stroke of a pen. Moreover, the government’s other foreclosure efforts, particularly the HAMP program, have had lackluster success [i.e., failure]. This would provide the principal reductions that many progressives have been calling for… [remainder of article here.]

On the Right at the American Spectator, the headline read: “Obama’s Pre-Election Mortgage Payoff?” To which one respondent, Barbara Newland, opined:

I wish someone would have paid for my home. I worked hard and finally paid for it. I am 76 and still working to keep my land and business, after I pay taxes( income and real estate), and insurance and upkeep and utilities, I no longer have any extra money to save…I am very tired of paying for other people’s debts!! I do NOT want a socialist country but unless Americans wake up and vote these people out who only like to take from us and line their own pockets with money …it is only going to get worse..One will not recognize America as it use to be!! [Hers and other posts here.]

What is this all about? Well, in the natural and in the short term it is about Mr. Obama’s sagging approval ratings and the desire of the Democrats to prevent a severe whipping at the polls in November. “Democrats are in real danger of losing the House and almost losing the Senate. The mortgage Hail Mary would be a last-gasp effort to prevent this from happening and to save the Obama agenda. The political calculation is that the number of grateful Americans would be greater than those offended that they — and their children and their grandchildren — would be paying for someone else’s mortgage woes.”

But in the longer view, it is all about a failing economy—an economy that has been in the process of being deliberately destroyed by progressives, Democrats and Republicans alike. This is merely the latest smokescreen whereby the elites pretend to be trying to “right the ship” all the while puncturing more holes in it. The endgame is total and complete control over all aspects of life in America. We have been and will continue to expound upon and make simple this and much more in my series Mystery Babylon and the Stone Kingdom.

The “game” is, of course, part and parcel of our Father’s great plan to bring His children in America to their knees and to return to Him. How? Not by mere words of self-flagellation such as “Oh Father, we’re sorry, we’re sorry; please restore our land and prosperity.” That is not going to move Him. Only sincere words of repentance, acknowledging our sins, and real movement towards the restoration of His law—in reality, not even a restoration, because His law has never been anywhere near implemented in its totality here in the Second Promised Land. And this political brouhaha points to one major aspect of God’s law that has never been even tried in modern Israel-America: the law of Jubilee. Years ago I presented Bible lectures giving the details of God’s laws of Jubilee. See especially, CD’s #271 & 272, Jubilee-Level One—The Moral Law. Currently, they can be ordered from our offices; but within a week or two, we hope to have them available for fee-based download. Essentially, a declaration of Jubilee means that all debts are immediately forgiven and all property that had been lost to debt or hardship in the preceding 49 years was to be returned free and clear to the original owners. It is God’s “reset” button for a successful economy. Of course, there is much more to it, such as no interest (usury) being permitted, which is why we point you to the details in the lectures referenced above.

What I believe is happening with this trial balloon from a spiritual and prophetic perspective is the possible manifestation of the false jubilee, the counterfeit jubilee. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see how grossly unfair such a “forgiveness” would be to large segments of American citizens. If such an order of “forgiveness” were to eventuate, it would certainly buy some votes in the November election, but it would also embitter millions of other voters and continue to divide Americans into even more polarized groups than exist now. But, by golly, when you think about it, perhaps that what the elites of both political parties have in mind. After all, it is a Machiavellian tactic that has served the elites for many decades now! But the false Jubilee is nothing new. It happened in the days of Jeremiah the prophet.

Before I quote that passage, let me clarify some biblical terminology so you can understand the passage in terms of today’s economic language. First, the term “proclaim liberty” is a direct reference to the law of Jubilee (and its concomitant statutes regarding release at every seventh year.) It is part of the declaration that all debts are cancelled. It is part of that which was inscribed on our Liberty Bell, a passage from the book of Leviticus. It is the heart of the law of Jubilee.

Leviticus 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

Secondly, in the Jeremiah passage, when you read about the “princes,” equate that to the ruling elites today, and their controllers behind the scenes. This would include those in all realms of society, not just politicians. It would include false shepherds in the churches, and their fellow elitists in academia, commerce, foundations, etc.

Since the Bible states that the borrower is the servant to the lender, understand that the words “manservant” and “maidservant” refers to anyone “in hock” to the banks or other lending institutions (credit card companies, auto loans, stores at the shopping mall, etc.) I guess that covers just about all of us today, doesn’t it? We’re all menservants and maidservants to the princely elites. So exactly what happened in the days of Jeremiah.

Jeremiah 34: 8 This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty unto them;

9 That every man should let his manservant, and every man his maidservant, being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free; that none should serve himself of them, to wit, of a Jew his brother.

10 Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

11 But afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had let go free, to return, and brought them into subjection for servants and for handmaids.

Hmmm. In other words, first they freed them all from their debts and then they revoked the cancellation of debt and put them back in the same bondage from which they had just been released. If the trial balloon becomes fact, it will be essentially the same thing—a false Jubilee, a false seventh year release—because while the elites are giving with one hand (the forgiveness of mortgages), they are taking with the other hand (saddling that much more debt on us all, including those benefitting from the mortgage “forgiveness.”)

But despair not; this is all from the Father, to bring us back to His law. My own opinion, is that the time is not quite right for the genuine Jubilee, one reason being that Sarah Palin and Barack must both be involved in the defeat of the money powers. (My reasons were for this were addressed in great detail in six lectures called Sarah Palin: A Prophetic Perspective.)

I received this in an email a short while ago. It concerns a hidden treasure of 230-year-old bottles of champagne found in the sea near Finland. It is pregnant with spiritual meaning. Thanks, Martha, for sending it to me. I have one correction to the writer’s otherwise excellent report, and a connection or two to add to it, of which he/she probably would not have been aware.  Firstly, many thanks to Art at www.newinewordpress.com for drawing my attention to this story. I am always alert to the sound of the Lord’s voice wherever He may be speaking and when I heard this account, it was immediately clear to me that the Father was painting a powerful prophetic picture.
 It was reported that, on July 6th, ’seven divers, one of whom was named Christian, discovered thirty bottles of premium sparkling wine (actually Champagne: Veuve Clicquot) under the sea off the coast of Finland in super-cold, super-murky sea waters. Dating from between 1782 and 1788, the cache is thought to be one known lost in transit — a gift from King Louis XVI of France to the Russian Imperial Court. The 30 bottles, some 230 years old, were discovered perfectly preserved at a depth of 55 meters and Aaland wine expert Ella Gruessner Cromwell-Morgan, whom Ekstroem asked to taste the find, said it had not lost its fizz and was “absolutely fabulous”. Cromwell-Morgan described the champagne as dark golden in colour with a very intense aroma. “There’s a lot of tobacco, but also grape and white fruits, oak and mead,” she said of the wine’s “nose”. The handmade bottle bore no label but there is an anchor on the cork.’
 Here we have thirty bottles of the very best wine which were sent by decree of a one king to the realm of another king and kingdom. Yet they never reached their destination. For centuries, they lay undiscovered and sealed on the sea bottom with boats sailing to and fro high above them. According to the kingdom that was waiting to receive them hundreds of years ago, they were lost without trace. Yet, at God’s appointed time, a man called Christian and six other divers ( seven representing completion and perfection) found these bottles perfectly preserved and ready to drink! Beloved, is this not a picture of what God is doing with His sons?! Your purpose and destiny were decreed by the King of Kings many many years ago. He appointed you to be a vessel dispensing the very best wine in the dispensation of the fullness of times. Yet, along the journey to your appointed destination, a storm struck and you have since been lying hidden deep in the sea of the nations, with no man being aware of your existence and business as usual carrying on above your head! It seems that the wine you carry within you will never be tasted by others because you are sealed and buried where no eye can detect your worth. However, take courage, Beloved, at this marvelous prophetic sign that the time of the revealing of the sons is at hand! God is going to lift the veils off those jewels of His hidden in plain sight.
 There were thirty bottles found by the divers. At age 30 an Israelite had reached the age of accountability and could take over his father’s business and act in his father’s authority!! He was considered trustworthy and dependable! Thirty signifies the point of beginning of mature ministry; the point at which you can be trusted with the Father’s business, kingdom business!
 Many have quoted the verse in Isaiah 45 concerning the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, but when read in context one discovers that God is addressing Cyrus, a heathen king. What God was saying was He intended to bring forth the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secret places in order to bless the heathen! Beloved, those bottles of the very best wine are the hidden riches of secret places – you, brought forth in God’s perfect timing to bless the nations of the world. You are the gift from the King of Kings sent to another kingdom, the kingdoms of this world – which very soon will become the kingdoms of our God. Remember that in Cana of Galilee, on the third day of the wedding feast when all the other wine had run out, Jesus brought forth the best wine, reserved until last. Beloved, we are living in the Third Day; the third thousand year period since the coming of Christ, and the wine has definitely run out. It is time for God to draw into the light of day those which He has been hiding until this time.
 Some 230 years after their commissioning those bottles were revealed and their contents tasted for the first time. There are a number of words in Hebrew whose letters have a numerical value adding up to 230, among them ‘chosen’, ‘firstborn’ and ‘Spirit’.

Isa 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; My elect, in whom my soul delights; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles (the heathen)
What does this tell us? Simply that God is now bringing forth a servant company, in the pattern of the Firstborn from Among the Dead and they shall be vessels full of the Spirit of God.. They were chosen before the foundation of the world to be carriers of His glory. It is significant that these bottles discovered contained the best CHAMPAGNE because the bubbles indicate the presence of the Zoe life of God. The divers fully expected the contents to be flat and spoiled but upon opening them, found they had not lost their fizz and tasted ‘absolutely fabulous’. Beloved, do not fret that the length of your hidden period will have caused the treasure and revelation you carry to have lost its’ ‘fizz’. It may have only been circulating deep within your own spirit year after year but when you are uncorked and that matured aged wine is poured forth for others to taste, they will stand amazed at the superior quality of what you share and release. You see, when something is permeated by the Zoe life of God, time has no effect on its quality. Death and decay cannot begin to deteriorate those sealed contents! Just as Jesus came forth from the uncorked tomb full of resurrection power, so too will that which you impart carry the fizz of resurrection power and Zoe Life!
 The taste of the champagne included tobacco, oak and mead. Tobacco was one of the first crops of the ‘new world’ brought back to Europe by Christopher Columbus. It signifies the contents of these bottles possessing a taste of the Promised Land, the kingdom to which they have traveled and walked upon its soil and now bring back a taste of what is to come. Oak is a reference to the Spirit being poured out upon us in Isaiah61 that we might be oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that He may be glorified. Mead is an alcoholic drink made from honey and honey is symbolic of revelation. These vessels brought forth from hiddeness contain revelation which has been fermenting and maturing until it tastes like a heavenly drink, the wine of the Spirit!
 Note also that the corks had anchors on them. This leads us to the following verses:
Hebrews 6:17AMPLIFIED Accordingly God also, in His desire to show more convincingly and beyond doubt to those who were to inherit the promise the unchangeableness of His purpose and plan, intervened (mediated) with an oath. 18This was so that, by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God ever to prove false or deceive us, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge might have mighty indwelling strength and strong encouragement to grasp and hold fast the hope appointed for us and set before [us]. 19[Now] we have this [hope] as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it--a hope] that reaches farther and enters into [the very certainty of the Presence] within the veil, 20Where Jesus has entered in for us [in advance], a Forerunner having become a High Priest forever after the order (with the rank) of Melchizedek.

Did you get that? God’s purpose and plan is unchangeable and it is impossible for Him to deceive us – we have a hope appointed for us which acts as an ANCHOR. What is that hope? That just as Jesus acted as a forerunner for the order of melchizedek, so we too will be released as part of the rest of that Melchizedek Priesthood in the earth, being those who have entered into the Presence within the veil! Beloved, what God promised, He is going to bring forth in your life. Doesn’t matter how long you have been hidden and sealed. In fact, the extended period of hiddeness has only served to improve and mature the taste of the contents you carry!
 The bottles were discovered at a depth of 55 meters. 5 is the number of grace. The place from which the bottles are brought forth is that of ‘grace grace’. Zechariah had a vision of two lampstands receiving a continual supply of the oil of the Spirit and the angel explained to him what it represented:
Zec 4:6 Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the LORD of hosts. Zec 4:7 Who are you, O great mountain of human obstacles? before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain: and
he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace to it.

Further on Zechariah received understanding that this represented a kingly and priestly ministry in the earth, the Melchizedek priesthood operating in a ceaseless flow of the oil of the seven Spirits of God!
 Beloved, the timing of this discovery is no accident. It is a shofar blast by the King of Kings that the feast on Mount Zion is about to begin. The champagne bottles have been brought out of Cellar number 55 where they have been under guard until this appointed time and the corks are about to be popped!

Isaiah 25:6And on this Mount [Zion] shall the Lord of hosts make for all peoples a feast of rich things [symbolic of His coronation festival inaugurating the reign of the Lord on earth, in the wake of a background of gloom, judgment, and terror], a feast of wines on the lees–of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined. 7And He will destroy on this mountain the covering of the face that is cast over the heads of all peoples [in mourning], and the veil [of profound wretchedness] that is woven and spread over all nations. 8He will swallow up death [in victory; He will abolish death forever]. And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; and the reproach of His people He will take away from off all the earth; for the Lord has spoken it.

The days of your release and pouring out are at hand! Begin to rejoice for you carry a treasure of the very best wine in your earthen vessel!

James’ comments: One small correction: the writer stated that 30 is the age of accountability. Actually, 20 is the age of accountability. Those below that age were not accountable in the Wilderness wanderings of Israel. Consequently, they were the generation who were allowed to go in to the Promised Land while those above 20 years were not (save Joshua and Caleb). The age of 30 is the age of commencement of service in the priesthood of Israel.

Numbers 4:3 From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

Most curious to me is that this find of the champagne is almost exactly 10 years after the Lord prevented us from holding a Feast of Tabernacles Conference in Quincy, Illinois—watchdog groups falsely accusing us of racism and the usual epithets—and thus our Father led us to gather exactly where He wanted us, which was in Champagne(-Urbana), Illinois.

There a fine brother and sister opened their home and adjoining gymnasium and hosted the conference. It was there that a brother and sister requested they be joined in holy matrimony (weddings are often associated with champagne). It was there that Dr. Stephen Jones was led to pour out the first of seven bowls of water and wine over the period of the next seven years.

That first wine-bowl of judgment was poured out on the world financial-economic system. It was done as a witness of what our Father is doing in the earth. Would we see any visible signs of judgment before the second bowl was poured out at the Feast of Tabernacles the following year? Well, on September 11, 2001—a short time before the pouring out of the second bowl judgment—the towers fell (cf. Isaiah 30:25). The towers of the World Trade Center! Could it have been any more obvious that this symbolized judgment on the world economic-financial system? Have we not seen continuing judgment on this system in the years following?

Indeed, this is all preparing the way for the manifestation of the Father’s champagne-new wine-overcomer company-manifested sons, etc. And now we have this marvelous sign coming up from “the sea.” …The sea is the sea of humanity from whence the hidden ones will arise in incorruption and immortality—hallelujah!

As we began to assemble in front of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank, 6^th District, shortly before 6 p.m., a fire truck raced by. Someone noted that it was truck #6. Six is the number of man and imperfection. And here, as we are about to begin the formal work, we see a trio of sixes—666. Man’s attempts to extinguish the fire that will burn Babylon will prove futile. We speak in symbol here. The “fire” that will “burn up” (Mystery) Babylon is our Father’s Law.

At 6 p.m. as I spoke to the assembly in front of the main entrance, I reminded them that in my second lecture of the present series, I showed the guaranteed hope of our deliverance from our present Babylonian Captivity. I showed how the scriptures prophesy that it will be likened to two previous deliverances of our Israelite people; namely, that of the Exodus with Moses leading them out through the Red Sea, and secondly, that of Gideon leading the small band of 300 in throwing off the yoke of the oppressing Midianites, Amalekites, and the children of the east.

Today, Exodus would refer to those who are still spiritually “in Egypt;” that is to say, they have not even been led by the Spirit to stage one of salvation yet—the Passover stage. And the Gideon-and-his-300 connection would refer to those who are in the Pentecost (2^nd stage) and eagerly awaiting the translation to glory-immortality—the third and final stage of salvation. The number 300 represents the Overcomer portion of Christian believers—a minority of all Christians who have been predestinated for this great honor and privilege.

In ancient Egypt, it was God’s will that the children of Israel go directly into the Promised Land—a mere 11-day trek. But they balked in fear of the giants in the land and thus had to take the 40-year “detour” wandering in the wilderness. After that, only those of the next generation—those 20 years and younger—were allowed to go in and inherit the Promised Land with Joshua and Caleb.

This time, we are going to have people coming right out of Egypt, going directly into the Promised Land of immortality. They will very rapidly proceed through stage one and two of salvation and enter in with prophetic “Gideon” and his band. Before I go further with recounting the story in Atlanta, the reader should know this:

Normally, when I travel, I carry with me a few bottles of Young Living Essential Oils. I usually have Lavender (in case of headaches or—God forbid—burns), Peppermint (headaches, nausea), Clove and the blend called Thieves (analgesic, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, etc.), and then I sometimes toss into my bag at random one or more single oils or oil blends, simply because I like their fragrances.

As usual, before I left for the East Tennessee-Atlanta trip in July, I tossed a couple extra bottles into my bag, giving no conscious thought to them except thinking, “Oh yeah, that’s a nice fragrance, I’ll take that one along…and that one, also.” Here again, I can say with utmost truth and sincerity that the two extra bottles thrown in the bag had to have been the unconscious leading of the Holy Spirit. Why? What were they?

I had arrived in Atlanta plenty early—early enough to go to my hotel and get checked. (More on that later.) I freshened up and as I was gathering up things to take to the Fed building, I picked up the little bag of oils. It was then that two of the oil blend names practically leaped out of the bag at me. One blend was Exodus II and the other was Egyptian Gold!

As I stood with the 11 in front of the Fed I recounted the guarantee of our deliverance from this modern Egypt. The Spirit then gave me to know immediately that I was to anoint two members of the group with the two oil blends respectively. The youngest person there was a man of 20 years, whom I anointed with Exodus II, to represent the younger generation who could inherit the Promised Land.

Then it occurred to me to anoint the eldest among us, a gracious and sweet sister in the Lord, who had just turned 88 years on the 8^th (888—the number representing the Lord Jesus Christ). She had been suffering numerous ailments in recent months and let it be known that she longed to depart this life. She had in fact been at death’s door three times in the past few months and had been in hospice just a few weeks ago. How many people do you know who enter hospice ever recover enough to leave?

And yet, here she was—albeit in a wheelchair, rented from a company with their name and logo on the side, a company called Genesis II (!)—and she was impelled to be there with us at the “Fed work.” So as I anointed her with the blend called Egyptian Gold, I asked the group to recall from the Scriptures what the children of Israel took with them as they exited Egypt. A gasp ensued, as some of them blurted out:

“The gold of Egypt!”

And here we were, at the building symbolizing the “gold,” the “money” system, in latter-day Israel who are captive in “Egypt-Babylon,” declaring our soon-coming Jubilee-release from this ungodly system—a release which will result in great spiritual and material abundance as we enter the Millennial Kingdom Age!

I then began the formal Prayer and Proclamation as follows:

Introduction: As we recognize that our situation, being in captivity to Mystery Babylon in the united States of America in the year of our Lord 2010, is very similar to that of Daniel in ancient Babylonian Captivity, we can repeat his prayer, make it our prayer, and we can expect similar results.

In Daniel, chapter 9, I will modify the first few verses and make minor modifications throughout in order to apply it to today. Daniel’s prayer of personal and national repentance thus becomes our prayer as well.

Daniel 9:1 In the second year of President Barack Obama, of the seed of the Kenyan and the Kansan, which was made president over the realm of the United States of America;

2 In the second year of his reign, we, James Bruggeman and others, understood by the books the number of the years, whereof the word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of New Jerusalem by the hand of Mystery Babylon.

3 And we set our faces unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and spiritual sackcloth, and ashes:

4 And we prayed unto Yahweh our God, and made our confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

7 O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Israel and Judah, and to the inhabitants of America, and unto all the tribes of Israel, that are here in America and Canada, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.

8 O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.

9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;

10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the YHWH our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.

11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him.

12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.

13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before YHWH our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.

14 Therefore hath YHWH watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for YHWH our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.

15 And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.

16 O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city, the united States and Canada and our brother Israelite nations around the globe, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, New Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.

17 Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servants, and our supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.

18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.

19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city, [thy Israel nations: the USA, Canada, the UK, and all the others], and for thy people who are called by thy name, that is, who are called Christian. Amen

Our deliverance from this latter-day bondage will be similar to both after the manner of Egypt and after the manner of Gideon. Therefore, we read these passages and make our request known to you, our Almighty Father, that this work be soon manifested in the world.

Exodus 5:1 And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith YHWH God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.

Father in heaven, we desire to come into the fulness of the feast, the Feast of Tabernacles, here in what was once the great wilderness of North America. We acknowledge your guiding hand throughout our short history here, how you have blest our people with great abundance, wealth and material prosperity.

And yet, we have grown fat as we have prospered so that we have forgotten your law and have become wayward children. For that disobedience, we recognize that you have placed our nation in the hands of Mystery Babylon, manifesting in many forms, but especially in that institution called the Federal Reserve System.

You have been just in all your doings, O Lord, and have placed us in bondage to them for our discipline. But as we are sensing the time of our release is near upon us, we proclaim this word from Yahweh-El Elyon to our modern Pharaohs:

“Let my people go, that they may serve me.”

Father, your word tells us that Mystery Babylon and the Federal Reserve System, who are also your servants, though in a different way, your word tells us that they will attempt to keep us in bondage beyond the allotted time, which will give you cause to come against them.

Father, it is our prayer and our plea that you deal with Mystery Babylon and the Fed in a merciful manner, even as we beg your mercy upon ourselves, your Christian Israel people.

Judges 7:19 So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.

20 And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.

21 And they stood every man in his place round about the camp: and all the host ran, and cried, and fled.

Oh, Lord God, we also recognize that you have ordained that this work be done on July 10^th, that is to say, on this 10^th day of the 7^th month, which is ordinarily the day of atonement in Israel. And yet every 49 years you have ordained that this day be set aside to declare that the 50^th year be a year of jubilee.

A year of release from all debts, public and private.

A restoration of each family to their divinely-allotted homestead

A year of release and restoration for the blessing of all the land and all the people.

Therefore, our Father, we do declare this day that the 50^th year coming, be manifested in reality as a year of the cancellation of all debts and of restoration of and to the people.

We also recognize that you have led us to make this declaration in the state of Georgia which was initially established as the American colony where English debtors were sent. How appropriate, Oh Father, that you have led us to declare the jubilee, the release from debt, here in the debtor’s colony!

Leviticus 25: 10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

11 A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you…

Father, we make these prayers and declarations by the authority of, and in the name of your only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

The work being concluded, we then decided to go to a local landmark restaurant in downtown Atlanta, called Mary Mac’s, for a dinner together. The east Tennessee contingent and one or two others could not stay and so we had eight of us going to the restaurant. As expected for a popular restaurant on Saturday evening, there would be a wait to be seated.

As we mingled in the lobby and out on the sidewalk, I noticed there were a number of diners coming out and chatting on the sidewalk, apparently waiting for the rest of their group to finish their meals and join them. They were all wearing identical blue T-shirts. I stared in stunned amazement and then grinned from ear to ear as I realized how our Father had just given us a HUGE sign confirming the work.

The front of the T-shirts said: “The King’s Choir.”

…which was a wonderful statement in itself, but it was the back of the T-shirts which shouted to us from the Father: The reverse side proclaimed that they were “The Jubilee Majestic Choir from Washington, D.C.”!! Are you kidding me!? Here we thought the excitement of doing the work was done and we are going to simply enjoy a dinner together, and then Papa springs this surprise on us—hallelujah!

(James asked the choir to turn around so he could point at the “Jubilee” T-shirts. I think our sister taking the pictures was so excited with this confirming word that she forgot to allow the camera to auto-focus!)

We began chatting with the choir members and we learned that they are not all from the same church but from numerous churches representing the whole City of Washington, D.C. How appropriate, Father! We had just declared the Jubilee here in Atlanta, and then He sends us a sign that it applies to the whole nation, as represented by the nation’s capital. We knew, of course, that we were declaring the Jubilee for the nation—indeed, for the world—but these little (actually, enormous) signs from Father confirmed the work.

I explained to them that we had just done a prayer work over at the Federal Reserve Bank building where we had prayed for a Jubilee—a forgiveness of all debt (the Jubilee choir members are getting big smiles, nodding their heads, some saying, “amen, brother”)—I continued—a Jubilee-release from all bondage and slavery for all America. At that, they are beginning to wave their arms and shouting “amen” and “hallelujah.”

We saw maybe a dozen of them so we asked how many of the Jubilee Majestic Choir were here with them? When they told us 42, we once again stood amazed. They shouted another chorus of amens and hallelujahs as I explained to them how the number 42 signifies going into the Promised Land of immortality.

Oh, there is one final note. When I had checked into the hotel earlier that afternoon, I was given room 204. Without going into detail, 204 signifies the Overcomers seated with Christ, the Capstone, ruling over the earth in the Millennial Kingdom. “Our” dollar bill, of course, has the Great Pyramid on the back, with the capstone missing. The powers-that-think-they-be have their own capstone in mind, while our Father has the true Capstone, the Head of the Corner, the Stone that the builders rejected, in mind. Wonder whose will will prevail? Of course, I did not take the room number 204 personally because I know my frailties and faults, but it was another sign that the work we were doing on the 10^th day of the 7^th month was representing those still “hidden ones” who will be the actual rulers of the Stone Kingdom under the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah and Amen!

Readers, you can join in the Prayer and Proclamation because in the spiritual realm, all time is one. So although from our perspective, you “missed” the time to join with us, yet you can essentially “backdate” your Prayer and Proclamation. Just say it with the intent that it be joined with us 12/13 who did so at 6 p.m. on July 10, 2010. Our hope is that multitudes around the globe who see this journal-post will do so. Remember, Mystery Babylon is a global enterprise, a world-controlling entity, but we believe America is the key, the focal point, and that Atlanta, not New York City, is the focal point in America. When the “image” falls and is crushed to pieces in America, it will cascade around the globe and ultimately free all families, tongues and nations. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ, King of kings!
