Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3 John 1:2)
Since we first came across the work of Dr. Bryan Ardis (a chiropractor) during the Covid plandemic, we have found him to be a generally reliable source of information on health matters.
Although this podcast is now several months old, that does not affect its usefulness. After all, many facts about maintaining good health do not change over a very long time (over millennia, truth be told).
Take water, for example, somewhere along the way, mankind discovered the importance of life-giving water. We suspect that the Creator tutored Adam on many of these things 😎.
As one moves along on the stage of life, and begins to step on the threshold of middle-age (varies by the individual), one becomes aware of the “old age” diseases and maladies that one sees afflicting friends and loved ones.
It is not enough to be health-conscious (to simply learn about health and longevity), but one must also be diligent and disciplined to put the knowledge to use in one’s life.
As I am now across that threshold into “middle-age,” I have a number of family members and friends who have had cataract surgery. They have been uniformly successful. I have hoped that I could keep my eyes healthy so that I would never have to undergo cataract surgery.
When I came across Dr. Ardis’ podcast, I was surprised to learn that that there are many drugs (scores of them) which have been proven to actually cause cataracts! It is not just that they are “correlated or associated with,” but a causal relationship is established.

One of the major culprits are the steroid family of pharmaceutical treatments. When I had my debilitating back problem (in bed for ten weeks) in 2010, I finally had to obtain relief at a pain clinic wherein I had three steroid injections in my lumbar vertebrae.
Moreover, for a time, I had also used the over-the-counter corticosteroid product shown in the image at the top of this essay. Fortunately, as I have continued to increase my health awareness, I have not needed to use that product for several years—time to pitch it.
But steroids are not the only causative factor for cataracts. QUOTE:
In this eye-opening episode, Dr. Bryan Ardis reveals the shocking truths about cataracts—what causes them, how they’re often misdiagnosed as age-related, and why prescription medications are playing a huge role in their rise.
With global blindness caused by cataracts affecting millions, Dr. Ardis dives deep into the research and uncovers startling facts about drugs you may not even know are linked to cataract formation.
From steroids and antidepressants to inhalers and even chemotherapy drugs, the truth about the medications that put your vision at risk is finally brought to light. END QUOTE
We will post part two next week wherein he offers natural solutions. Meanwhile, have a great weekend and praise God our Father for His grace and His mercy!
