Chattanooga Bible Conference Update for December 30, 2025
Embassy Suites near Chattanooga, Tennessee

Here are more details about our Passover-Resurrection Bible Conference. See yesterday’s blog for the basics. The cost for admission to the Conference is $0.00.

The following information is based on the Contract which I signed with the Embassy Suites yesterday.

Here is the reservation-booking link — Stone Kingdom Ministries — There you can view the king suite vs. the two queens-type rooms and make your choice.

Our Group Rate prices are already built into this link/portal. Our room rates are $139/night plus taxes. Tennessee State sales tax is 9.25% and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 8%, so add 17.25% to get the true cost.

If readers wish to share a room to split the cost, we will coordinate that from our office and facilitate communication among those who desire to do so. More on that later.

The booking link is active for the event date – April 2-6, 2026. The cutoff date is Friday, March 5, 202. We encourage everyone to book their reservations before then.

You can also book your reservation by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-362-2779 and refer to the Group Name: Stone Kingdom Ministries.

All rooms will be available for check-in no earlier than 3:00 PM with a check-out time of 12:00 PM.

Complimentary Omelet Station

The Embassy Suites has a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast; i.e., omelet bar (!) and an evening reception from 5:30-7:30 PM. It includes two complimentary beverages (including beer or wine, soft drinks, water, and other non-alcoholic beverages). The facility also has a fitness center, swimming pool (indoor), and free wireless internet.

No outside food or beverages permitted, otherwise SKM will be assessed fees. No guest may bring or remove any alcohol from the premises. No minors will be served alcohol. Further the hotel reserves the right to withhold alcohol from any person deemed impaired. (God forbid, for that would bring terrible shame on us as Christians and on SKM in particular.)

Overnight and daytime self-parking is complimentary for meeting attendees.

The use of tobacco products is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Client (SKM) shall monitor the use of alcohol during the Event (Conference).

Client (SKM) shall be responsible for any damage to the building and its furniture, fixtures, and equipment caused by Client or Client’s guests or invitees, and hereby agrees to compensate HOTEL for actual and consequential damages resulting from such damage.

HOTEL shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to, any merchandise, articles, gifts, or other personal items brought to the Building by Client or Client’s guests or invitees.

These are standard provisions of almost all contracts in the hotel business. We will provide more information in the days and weeks to come.
