When I was listening to Juan O Savin this past weekend, I chuckled and was cheering inwardly—YES!—as he said something to this effect.
You know, when we pray, are we praying to the Father or to Jesus? Well, it doesn’t matter because the two are one. If we are praying to Jesus we are also praying to the Father, and vice versa. Then he quoted this verse,
John 10:30 I and my Father are one.
And he quoted this part of John 14:9
John 14:9 …he that hath seen me hath seen the Father;…
I thought perhaps Juan had seen my short blog dated October 2, 2025. It is entitled “A Short Analogy of the Godhead.” I am being silly, of course, because Juan and I had never met before this weekend. However, God does reveal the same things to many members of His Body.
And none of us have any exclusive “rights” to any revelation. It is all the work of the Father. But it was gratifying to me to hear him confirm my own view of the doctrine of the trinity which is a stumbling block for some.
I invite you to read my brief blog on that topic here.
Since I gave you over two hours of video of Juan in yesterday’s blog, I don’t feel too badly about posting only this brief one today. I am presently doing my SKM tax return, due March 15th, and this is lecture prep week to boot, so getting an extensive Bible study blog posted this week may not be possible.
I do intend to share more as soon as practicable of Juan and also about the other speakers and people I met at the Awake and Bold Conference held this past weekend.
