I have watched the actions of Congressman Tim Burchett for years. He is one of the finest Representatives in Congress. His district encompasses much of eastern Tennessee and borders the Chattanooga area.
He takes the work of actually trying to save the Republic very seriously. He does not mince words and he frequently utters his disgust with many of his fellow members of Congress.
Remember DOGE? It is quietly still in operation and Tim is involved. Here is a quick and recent report of one of his actions in regard to DOGE and one of the abuses he has found.
According to a federal government website, here is what this agency does.
“The African Development Foundation (USADF) provides grants to community groups and small enterprises that benefit under-served and marginalized groups in Africa.”
Yeah, right. Let us allow Mr. Burchett to translate the bureaucratic b. s. for us.
