Two days ago, September 15, 2026, we posted a lengthy podcast entitled “The Moon, Mars & The Coming Interplanetary Society,” hosted by John Michael Chambers, with guests Dr. Michael Salla, Alex Collier, Darius Wright, and Michael Jaco.
Last night I discovered a news story emanating from our highest military officials which might lend more credence to some of the claims of the guest panelists listed above. Here is a summary of the recent revelations.
General Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made revealing remarks on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, during his keynote address at the Air, Space and Cyber Conference in National Harbor, Maryland.
He stated that the U.S. military must adapt now to be “prepared to fight, endure and win … from the seabed to cislunar space,” a statement that follows the U.S. government’s first official revelation that it has deployed on-orbit space control weapons.
“Cislunar space” refers to the area of space between the earth and the moon, and includes the space around the moon, but not on the moon itself.
The context for this directive includes intelligence assessments that potential adversaries, particularly communist China, are actively pursuing military activities in cislunar space, including the deployment of relay satellites and robotic missions to the moon’s far side.
Most major news outlets must be unaware (or they are “killing the story”) that in May of last year, retired USAF Lt. General Steve Kwast stated in a podcast that communist China had already established bases on the moon at least as far back as 2019. While the 1967 Outer Space Treaty mandates that celestial bodies like the moon be used “exclusively for peaceful purposes,” Lt. Gen. Gregory Gagnon of the Space Force asserted that the treaty does not limit orbital operations, maintaining that the U.S. will continue “safe and responsible space operations.”

Finally, let us not overlook that General Caine also stated that the sphere of (now-publicly-known) operations includes the “seabed.” For decades, credible reports of “underwater UFOs” have been in the annals of Ufology. Hmmm… just when life wasn’t exciting enough, eh? (A little Canadian lingo there, with a wink to our friends way up north. 😉)
