Although I am sharing my personal story of being smeared by the SPLC, this is certainly not merely about me, or even about the multitude of other fine people and organizations who were also besmirched and denigrated by this antichristian, anti-American group of criminals.
So just how important is the federal grand jury indictment of the SPLC? Consider this: Remember the (now long proven false) allegation that Trump praised the right-wing extremists in the Charlottesville, Virginia rally of “Unite the Right”? And recall how Joe Biden declared that this was what spurred his decision to run for President?
Well, if that whole smear of DJT (which became part of Biden’s campaign against Trump) was based on the SPLC secretly financing the leaders of “Unite the Right”, then the post on Truth Social by Trump on April 24, 2026 is entirely valid.
In his post, DJT stated that if the SPLC is convicted of fraud, the 2020 election results should be “of no further force or effect.”
The forthcoming ramifications of this exposé and indictment of the SPLC is a potential national political earthquake! This bears close watching.
I closed part one of my story at the point where I left the three-hour meeting, my “trial” by the 24 elders of a large church in Asheville in the spring of 1996. In their blinded eyes (23 of 24 of them), I was convicted of being a neo-Nazi, KKK, white supremacist, racist, etc.
And it was all based on the evidence of false witnesses, the SPLC, in the form of a front-page story in the local, cabal-controlled newspaper, which in turn had based their story on the slick magazine and press release sent to them from the SPLC.
At the time of that incident, I had even granted an interview with the Asheville Citizen-Times reporter when he had called and requested to “get my side of the story.” I knew I was walking into the proverbial lions’ den by agreeing to meet, but I gave him three hours in my office.
When the story was printed, only one sentence appeared concerning my side and it was the very last sentence in the story which had a large continuation on an inside page. The last sentence was to this effect: Bruggeman denies that he is a hate group.
Ah well, that was 30 years ago to the month, and finally, some measure of justice might be done. A friend called me last Friday evening after reading part one of my story. He asked me if I might consider bringing a massive lawsuit against SPLC for libel, slander, etc.
I told him that I had never seriously considered it for several reasons. First, I had no reason to believe that the truth about the SPLC would ever come out in court.
Secondly, that the court system is so corrupt that even if the truth were allowed into the court record, I could not expect justice from the courts.
Thirdly, I had/have no money to hire a law firm to handle it.
Fourth, even if they handled the case on a contingency basis; i.e., they get 33% of the judgment if we win, I would still not do it because I simply have no time to take on such a time-consuming gamble in the courts, not to mention the stress of such an ordeal.
However, as I spoke with my friend, it occurred to me that based on current events, meaning, with a Trump administration, and if the court system is cleansed of cabal judges, and if some law firm brings a class-action lawsuit, and I could become part of the plaintiff party without any time commitment, then I would consider that.
Since the SPLC has assets north of $700 million (wonder if that includes the massive amounts in offshore accounts?), then perhaps this little ministry could benefit from a large punitive judgment against them.
After all, the apostle John was inspired to prophesy this about the fall of Mystery Babylon (which is where we are in Bible prophecy right now)! And I am wholly persuaded that the SPLC is just one of many operations/projects of the Mystery Babylonian cabal to do their nefarious deeds. But here is part of the judgment that is ultimately in store for them.
Revelation 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
Who is it that is being spoken of when the command is given in this prophecy to do the “rewarding?” Well, by all the rules of English and Greek grammar, it would have to be “you…” which is the implied subject in the command: YOU reward her even as she rewarded you, and YOU double unto her double according to her works…
It is not speaking about Jesus. Nor is it speaking about invisible spiritual angels. It is clearly a command to flesh and blood people or their representatives in godly government officials.
It is speaking to the people who have been the victims of the now centuries-long hegemony, oppression and enslavement by the Mystery Babylonian cabal. (For an in depth exposition, see my detailed studies in the series Mystery Babylon and the Stone Kingdom. Described here.)
Now, to pick up my story following that evening at the church in May of 1996. A couple of the results of that meeting were that during the meeting, Pastor/Dr. Bill was alone in my defense, and as they concluded with me, he even said something to this effect:
“Well, gentlemen, I personally am quite amazed at how Mr. Bruggeman has acquitted himself before us. I think he has answered all our questions in a totally Scriptural manner, and I for one, am quite intrigued and interested in hearing more about some of the ideas he has raised here this evening.
“I am going to ask him if I may meet with him sometime in the near future to discuss these things further, and I would just encourage the rest of you men to do the same.”
None of them did. But Dr. Bill did. About a week later, Dr. Bill came over to my office and we sat across a table for three hours. He proffered many questions and then listened with intense interest as I did my best to teach him about God’s plan for the salvation of all (not including devils, we’re talking about people), and as I explained to him about the true identity of Christianized, latter-day Israel in the world today. He had an open heart and mind.
Well, the following Sunday after my mini-Inquisition, as my wife, our children and I walked into the church for services, Roxanne told me later that day: “I felt it the moment we walked in. It was like ice! Women that I have known and enjoyed fellowship with for three years were either ignoring me completely or they were drilling red-hot holes in me with their eyes. And none spoke a word to me. That is the last time I will ever attend a church.”
And it was. That was in May of 1996. My wife and then-young daughters have not attended any church since that time. They were burned so badly by our blinded Christian brothers and sisters that I don’t see the scars healing any time soon. The Lord had His purposes in that, so I bow to His will and praise Him for His perfect Plan.
Roxanne passed away in September 2013. She was always deeply spiritual and we had many discussions about spiritual matters, but I never encouraged her to attend any church. I knew she would tell me if she wanted to test the waters again. Those waters had been very bitter. Like the children of Israel in the wilderness coming to Marah.
Exodus 15:23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.
About eight or nine months after we left the church, I ran into a lady in the grocery store check-out line whom I had known at the church. She was of Jewish ancestry and had become a believer in Jesus.
After a couple of pleasantries, I asked her how Dr. Bill was doing, and she said he was no longer the pastor there and she did not know where he had gone. She said he had been gone a number of months now and upon further conversation with her, it was clear that the elders had given him the boot. Hmmm…I think I know why…
Well, perhaps Dr. Bill will be in that number who qualify for overcomership in the Kingdom of heaven. That event was a great opportunity for all of us involved to learn and to practice true forgiveness. Forgiveness, as most of our readers know, is one of the key character qualifications for anyone aspiring to be an overcomer.
I will close this section of our study with this wonderful verse which looks forward to the Age of Tabernacles into which we are presently transitioning:
Romans 8: 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
As a long footnote to my story, (Note: I originally wrote this in late September 2025), the SPLC is still around. In recent years, they have greatly broadened their smear apparatus in the media so that all manner of good, patriotic, Christian groups have been called racists, hate groups, KKK, white supremacists, anti-Semitic, Nazis, Fascists, and similar epithets.
For example, among those having felt the barrage of libel and slander from the SPLC in recent years are the Moms for Liberty, the Family Research Council, the Alliance Defending Freedom, and Turning Point USA. And now even the late Phyllis Schlafly’s venerable organization, the Eagle Forum was on the SPLC hit list.
The SPLC has been—at a minimum—an enormous scam and con game. They mail out—or at least they used to, maybe it’s all on line now—but in any case their modus operandi seems to be to blast the public with fearsome stories about the awful “hate groups” etc.—such as Stone Kingdom Ministries—and then comes the pitch letters begging readers to help the SPLC with a generous donation to help “fight” those terrible neo-Nazis, or whatever derogatory terms they select.
Fortunately, people like Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Rob Schmitt, Carl Higbie, Rob Finnerty, and numerous other conservative commentators have gotten wise to the wiles of the devils at the SPLC and they have exposed these wicked ones in recent years for what they are. Praise be to God!
But now the SPLC has become even worse than “mere” scammers. The Southern Poverty Law Center has apparently expanded their evil activities. Just yesterday evening, September 24, 2025, on Rob Schmitt Tonight on Newsmax, Rob was interviewing Texas Congressman Chip Roy (a great and true Constitutional Republican, now running for Attorney General of Texas) concerning another radical Leftist who had shot at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas yesterday morning killing at least one migrant detainee and seriously wounding two others. That outcome may have changed by the time you read this.
After shooting them, the 29-year-old lunatic Leftist, Joshua Jahn, then turned the gun on himself and committed suicide. Rob Schmitt posed this question to Rep. Chip Roy: “What led to this—we’ve got lots of bullets flying lately?”
Congressman Roy responded (I wrote this down verbatim): “...we’ve got a crisis that is the result of what Democrats have created for our country with their lawlessness, their open borders, and their countenancing of and their support from people like George Soros and Left-wing Marxist organizations that are putting criminals on the street, that are leaving our borders wide open to terrorists, to gangs, to cartels…
“The very organizations that are letting the criminals out on the street are an organized effort that is coordinated not just by George Soros, but as the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund put out last week, the Rand Collective (? Not sure of the name he mentioned there)... all of these entities that are purposely putting people on the street, organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center, Antifa—which President Trump rightly declared a terrorist organization last week…”
So the SPLC is now standing shoulder-to-shoulder with George Soros in trying to destroy this once essentially Christian republic to replace it with a culled population who will live for centuries in a technological police state.
These wicked ones do not know it, but our heavenly Father is using them for His purposes—to chastise His people and cause us to repent and return to His commandments, statutes, and judgments.

4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
