Many people who come to America and try to learn our English language describe it as one of the most difficult of modern languages to learn. One might find that a bit of an exaggeration unless one has studied foreign languages.
We native Americans have had the blessing of growing up with English as our native tongue. I believe the foreigners have a valid point.
