Two important announcements were made on the same day—May 29th. The timing of the two is most certainly not coincidental nor accidental. Both deal with how the DJT administration chooses persons for judicial appointments.

Attorney General Eliminates American Bar Association’s Role in Vetting Judicial Nominees
Attorney General Pam Bondi has ended the role of the American Bar Association (ABA) in vetting people nominated by the president to serve as judges.
Bondi said in a May 29 missive to ABA President William R. Bay that the association “no longer functions as a fair arbiter of nominees’ qualifications and its ratings invariably and demonstrably favor nominees put forth by Democratic administrations.”
She said that the association has refused to fix the bias in its rating process and that the Department of Justice will stop directing nominees to provide waivers that let the ABA access non-public information on the nominees, including bar records.
Nominees will also neither respond to ABA surveys nor sit for interviews with the association, Bondi said.
“The American Bar Association has lost its way, and we do not believe it serves as a fair arbiter of judicial nominees,” Bondi wrote on social media platform X.
She said the Department of Justice “will no longer give the ABA the access they’ve taken for granted.” END QUOTE

On the same day Bondi made her announcement, President Trump blasted the Federalist Society and especially a man named Leonard Leo who used to be in leadership in the Society. The Gateway Pundit described it this way. QUOTE:

On Wednesday, a three-judge panel at the US Court of International Trade ruled President Trump exceeded his authority to unilaterally impose tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA).
The three judge panel included: Gary Katzmann (Obama), Timothy Reif (Trump) and Jane Restani (Reagan).
The Trump DOJ immediately appealed the federal court’s permanent injunction and the federal circuit court’s en banc order (court’s entire slate of judges) granted the Trump Administration an immediate administrative stay less than 24 hours later.

The U.S. Court of International Trade incredibly ruled against the United States of America on desperately needed Tariffs but, fortunately, the full 11 Judge Panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court has just stayed the order by the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade. Where do these initial three Judges come from? How is it possible for them to have potentially done such damage to the United States of America? Is it purely a hatred of “TRUMP?” What other reason could it be? I was new to Washington, and it was suggested that I use The Federalist Society as a recommending source on Judges. I did so, openly and freely, but then realized that they were under the thumb of a real “sleazebag” named Leonard Leo, a bad person who, in his own way, probably hates America, and obviously has his own separate ambitions. He openly brags how he controls Judges, and even Justices of the United States Supreme Court — I hope that is not so, and don’t believe it is! In any event, Leo left The Federalist Society to do his own “thing.” I am so disappointed in The Federalist Society because of the bad advice they gave me on numerous Judicial Nominations. This is something that cannot be forgotten! With all of that being said, I am very proud of many of our picks, but very disappointed in others. They always must do what’s right for the Country! In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get. In other words, hundreds of politicians would sit around D.C. for weeks, and even months, trying to come to a conclusion as to what to charge other Countries that are treating us unfairly. If allowed to stand, this would completely destroy Presidential Power — The Presidency would never be the same! This decision is being hailed all over the World by every Country, other than the United States of America. Radical Left Judges, together with some very bad people, are destroying America. Under this decision, Trillions of Dollars would be lost by our Country, money that will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. It would be the harshest financial ruling ever leveled on us as a Sovereign Nation. The President of the United States must be allowed to protect America against those that are doing it Economic and Financial harm. Thank you for your attention to this matter! END QUOTE
It is clear that this is just another step in draining the swamp. How can the wicked ones be brought to justice if the judiciary is so very corrupted. This is why the trials of the big fish in the cabal cannot be brought forward to indictment and trial yet.
Trump is thus taking steps to be assured that judges will be honest and impartial. We pray that there are still a few good men/women available to fill the many positions he still has to fill.
