The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. That is probably mis-attributed to the 18th century Irish philosopher-statesman Edmund Burke, but regardless of who said it, the truth of it is obvious.

North Carolina, Texas, and Arkansas have primary elections tomorrow. If Christians stay home, then the wicked will surely rule over us. I early-voted last Friday. However, I look forward to the months ahead when early voting is no longer an option.

If and when Congress passes the Save America Act, it will go a long way towards truly safe and secure elections. There should be no mail-in voting except for absentee ballots for military personnel serving away from home, and a few other highly-restricted exceptions.

There should be one day elections, NO machines to cast ballots or to count the votes-period. Hand counting of ballots at the precinct level. Registered voters only, and they must show a valid photo ID at the polls.

No automatic voter registration when getting driver’s license. No illegals able to obtain driver’s license or obtain any government benefits. Let them all go back to their country of origin.

Isaiah 13:14 …they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.

Isaiah wrote that prophecy about a century before the yet-future Babylonian empire of Nebuchadnezzar and Daniel’s time, but we believe it will also have an ultimate fulfillment against the Mystery Babylon which has enslaved US (A).

Here in North Carolina, we have many very important races. Current U. S. Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) has been a huge disappointment as he has shown his RINO colors. Good riddance, Thom!

The question is: can we Republicans elect in our primary tomorrow a candidate strong enough to beat former NC Gov. Roy Cooper? It is going to require a Republican with name recognition and who can raise a ton of money.

Cooper is far Left (but pretends to be “moderate”, don’t they all?). And he is heavily financed. There are seven candidates on the Republican primary ballot for the U.S. Senate seat. My guess is that it will come down to Don Brown (a very conservative record) and the now-nationally-known Michael Whatley, whom I met on several occasions when he was still the Chair of the NC GOP.

Whatley then Co-chaired the national GOP with Lara Trump. Naturally, he has the “complete and total endorsement” of President Trump. Neither candidate is perfect, but either one would be acceptable to me as a Senator representing NC.

To vote wisely requires some homework on the part of Christian citizens. But the ubiquity of the internet makes it very easy nowadays to look up and study the records and platforms of the various candidates.

The only difficulty I had in the entire primary slate was in the race for a vacant seat on the NC Court of Appeals. I did not know either candidate, and both seemed very conservative as I studied their websites.

So this is a situation when it is helpful to know some fellow Republicans in your area who may be able to help you decide with just a text, email or phone call to them.

In Texas, there is also a very high-profile contest. RINO incumbent Senator John Cornyn faces a challenge from Attorney General Ken Paxton and Congressman Wesley Hunt.

I am confident both Paxton and Hunt are bona fide conservative-Constitutionalists, but Hunt is trailing both the others badly, with Paxton currently polling in the lead. The winner will face either U.S. Representative Jasmine Crockett or Texas State Representative James Talarico.

I am praying and hoping that “crazy” Crockett will win because she should be easier to beat in the general election... even though she is endorsed by Kamala Harris 😉(sarcasm).

Do your civic duty, fellow Christians! Inform yourself and then show up!
