As I departed Pardee Hospital on Wednesday, July 16th, my blood tests still showed quite a few particulars that were abnormal—high or low—but not extremely out of range, such as my pancreas function had been upon being admitted.

This past Monday I had a follow-up visit with a Physicians Assistant (PA) at my primary care physician’s office. (I am blessed that I have two family members who are PA’s whose knowledge and experiences I can also draw upon with a phone call.)

Sure enough, the personable lady PA said, “we would like to take another vial of blood to see if you are improving on those areas lacking.” A nurse name Israel came in to do the jab. I had met this 30-something Hispanic man on two prior visits to my PCP’s office. I like him and it turns out, he, too, is an expert in dealing with someone with almost invisible veins. One try and he was in!

I downloaded the results the next day and it showed that almost everything is in the normal range. Only three parameters out of about two dozen need correction, and they are not that far out of range.

I took my last dose of the prescribed antibiotic last night and so now I will commence eating sauerkraut and other foods which will help restore the good bacteria in my gut. I am also now commencing supplementation with a multi-blend of probiotics.

I had requested reader input from anyone who had insights into the spiritual connections that may or may not be indicated by “the attack of the gall stones” upon this Stone Kingdom minister.

Here are two responses. This arrived via email from Colleen a week ago today, on Friday, July 18, 2025:

Quote: I am so glad that you are healing. Yes, there is a connection with your gallstones blocking your bile duct. Your condition is intercessory – a fractal (to quote Mark Eaton) for nation, church and for overcomers. You asked us to share notes and insights. Here are mine:

Notes:

From Amanda Grace -  she quotes from her YouTube videos: January 16, 2025 this shall be their road to Damascus year.

From Stephen E Jones ‘Importance of Damascus’ 6-28-2013:

· Muslims say that Damascus is world headquarters of Islam under returned Mahdi with Jesus as his right hand

· coming destructions of both Damascus and Jerusalem will go long way in waking up believers to real nature of where will Jesus rule from

· if both are destroyed then Muslims and Christians will be forced to reconsider how and why they believe what they do

From your website “#16 Phase 2 of Salvation: Sanctification”

[Note by JWB: Colleen is referring to our Feed My Sheep, issue #16, published in February 2000. This is presently unavailable as my IT Manager is in the process of bringing thousands of documents from our old website into our new website platform. Some documents require reformatting. Our FMS archives will be re-posted as time permits.]

· Paul was on his way to Damascus to round up and kill Christians. Becoming one of them was the furthest thing from his mind

· when the fulness of time came for Paul to be converted, God did not consult Paul on the matter but by rather jolting experience He caused Paul to be converted.

From your website #68 Secrets of Transforming Sauls

[ditto my note above—JWB]

· Ananias company – company of saints who are called upon to help open eyes of spiritually blinded Sauls by sharing with them great truths which we have been given – truths of the feasts and their prophetic significance, especially tabernacles, also of the importance of the law of the restitution of all things [i.e., the salvation of all mankind, eventually—JWB]

·your Father and mine is in the business of changing stony hearts into soft hearts of flesh

· by His grace great transformations occur

·God chooses to use His people to bring about change. What is that spiritual work which can possibly help bring about the transformation of Saul into Paul? Unconditionally forgive our Saul.

· David had long ago learned to avoid bitterness by thanking God for all his trials.

From Preston Eby ‘From Candlestick to Throne, part 85’

· you will never conquer until you are conquered

· we can never be part of those that conquer with Christ until we have been conquered by Christ

· in that conquest Saul of Tarsus was slain and Paul the apostle rose up to take his place. Perhaps you are struggling in your spiritual life trying to overcome but the problem is you have never completely surrendered to Jesus Christ

· if God’s kingdom is coming in you, if His government is increasing in you, then His government is absolutely capable of ruling in righteousness and peace and power over every situation and circumstance.

· Nothing is too hard for the government of the almighty Christ. You do not have to settle for things as they are. You can change them. He will make you an overcomer right where you are. You must overcome within yourself before you can expect to see changes in those about you.

Insights:

On July 17, Israel bombed Damascus.

Both Damascus and Jerusalem are to be destroyed – a jolting experience.

This will result in crisis of faith for Muslims, Jews and Christians.

The world is on the road to Damascus. They are intent on rebelling against God and destroying His plan. But God is bringing them to repentance.

As overcomers, the Ananias company, we need to prepare for this by: surrendering ourselves to Jesus, unconditionally forgive Sauls in our lives and thank God for all trials.

I think that we also need to intercede for Muslims, Jews and others. Stephen Jones has written about this in ‘Principles of Intercession.’

Thank you.

Colleen END QUOTE

On that same day, this response from “Mary” (a pseudonym to protect her identity) arrived on my desk. QUOTE:

Ron (also a pseudonym) and I are so happy you are doing better. It was interesting to read your blog on the situation. When I got scanned last month, my gallbladder showed up. This is the first time that I can remember.

I don’t eat fatty food, potato chips or things like that, so I was shocked when it showed up.

Here are the comments that the system shows for gallbladder elements.

I always pay particular attention to the emotional aspects as our emotions drive our illnesses. I found it quite interesting. Continue to get better… END QUOTE

Mary sent a screen shot of the results of her scan. I asked her what kind of scan it was, electro-dermal screening?

I know Mary personally quite well and am aware that she has used the services of her alternative practitioner for many years with much satisfaction and trust.

She told me that the scanning system is brand-named Astra and it is called “bioenergetic testing.” Quoting from the screen shot concerning her malfunctioning gall bladder, it said in part,

“Emotional aspect: Gall bladder is involved in new beginnings and decision making. Liver is the planner, helping us to see where we want to go in life. The gall bladder is the decision maker that enables us to know what steps our first steps are. When gall bladder energy is blocked, we may feel stuck, frustrated, resentful, or angry. Relating to bile, consider the balance between acceptance and bitterness.”

The obvious question that I have is, How does that work when one’s gall bladder has been removed?

In any event, I have long been a believer in wholistic approaches to health because Scripturally-speaking we know that we are trichotomous beings, consisting of spirit, soul, and body. Naturally, the three are interrelated to the extent that a malfunction or low-functioning aspect in any one of them will have its deleterious effect on the other two parts of the whole person.

Mary’s response to my situation with the emotional aspects of the liver and gall bladder essentially confirm our mention previously in this series about gall stones being related to anger, frustration, bitterness, and unforgiveness.

My “stone” situation may be intercessory for the Body of Christ as a whole, as Colleen suggests, but on the personal level, I am flummoxed because upon frequent self-examination, I am unaware of any unforgiveness, anger, bitterness, etc… And I am so angry and frustrated that I cannot figure it out. 😁

Seriously however, I am also aware that all of us can (and usually do) have blind spots, where we cannot perceive our own shortcomings, but those close to us can see them with 20-20 clarity.

Therefore, if any of our readers who know me well enough to make a suggestion that I have a particular blind spot, please do this brother a favor and let me know. I want to be clean and healthy spiritually, mentally-emotionally, and physically. Lord knows, I want to prevent any further accretions of gall stones!

Let thy Stone Kingdom come, O Lord! Amen!
