I had another blog pre-scheduled to be posted today, but it is being superseded by this update which arrived at my desk at 2:56 a.m. this morning. At our SKF meetings this past weekend, we were all chatting about the Tina Peters situation—and praying for her health, safety, and release from the Colorado dungeon where she has been unjustly imprisoned for standing up for righteousness.
Our discussion centered around the fact that Trump pardoned her and wondering if and how that would work out to effectuate her release. We all thought we knew that POTUS has no authority to pardon someone of “state” crimes as opposed to federal crimes. Per the account below, we may have been mistaken on the legality issue.
We knew that the communist and/or compromised Colorado Gov. Polis would absolutely NOT release her, so what could DJT possibly do to get her out of the dank dungeon?
Well, here below are some legal avenues of which we (and probably most of our readers) had been unaware. The dramatic and daring operation proposed here below would forcefully rivet the nation’s attention on both Tina and election fraud. While the saying, “Wheels of Justice Grind Slowly” is true, the Wheels of Injustice grind even more slowly. Friends, we are at the tipping point of a make or break moment.
On December 10th 2025, President Trump intervened and cut to the chase by issuing a full pardon for Tina Peters. This was after long months of unproductive discussions between Department of Justice Attorneys and State of Colorado authorities.
Several factors played a part in his decision to act without further delay. I’m certain the most compelling reason revolved around Tina’s rapidly failing health and hope.
During all of President Trump’s current term in office, multiple legal and Constitutional experts have repeatedly communicated with him and advised him that he has both the “Legal Authority and Responsibility” to intervene in her case on numerous grounds.
When the negotiations between DOJ and Colorado’s Governor Polis finally failed completely and Tina was not released by her birthday, many of Tina’s friends urgently prodded the President to push his current so-called advisors to the curb and get better advisors because this matter is clearly within his authority to act and Tina should not be allowed to be offered up as a sacrificial lamb to judicial bureaucracy—especially at DOJ.
It appears President Trump took that to heart because the pardon issued and signed by him was solely generated at the White House with no involvement by, or notice to, the DOJ—It was done unilaterally.
Yesterday, President Trump expressed further frustration in a note to Pam Bondi at DOJ asking her why so many critical cases are lingering. I know from direct personal knowledge of several urgent (URGENT!) cases where life and limb are on the line and DOJ is MIA.
While President Trump took the first necessary step by issuing a Pardon to Tina which many so-called media authorities say is “unenforceable” and “merely for show”. The next step is proving them wrong. President Trump had the conviction to issue the order, and now he must have the same or greater conviction to enforce it. [my emphasis—JWB]
If Governor Polis wants to plod along through the courts where eventually he and his merry band will lose; they can do so without shaving one more hour off Tina’s life with their Game of Thrones theater.
Governor Polis is playing Machiavellian political games with the life of a totally innocent and true patriot Gold Star Mom. This cannot be tolerated. What is the next step? This show trial phase of these fights must now end decisively with Tina’s extraction from Colorado’s Prison shit hole.
Now, here’s a real “Enjoy the Show” suggestion for the President:
Mr. President, please make this next scene a grand one for the history books. If Governor Polis wants theater, please do as your friend and Tina’s attorney, Peter Ticktin, suggested during an interview with Steve Bannon:
Send in the 101st Airborne to back up U.S. Marshalls. If I may humbly go further with a bold suggestion, Mr. President, they will be followed close behind by you as you personally astride Air Force One, flying right over the prison roof tops.
Yes, let them all hear the engines overhead with their knees knocking and their cups of Joe (pun intended!) rattling. After circling the prison a couple times for good measure, then make one low and loud pass down over Colorado’s Capitol Boulevard.
When you see the phone lines glowing hot from the Governor’s mansion, you can land and demonstratively carry Tina to safety—someplace that showcases just how beautiful and great America can be and is.
A place befitting one of the Greatest Warrior Heroines of our generation. And all of us, her friends, can pray her back to perfect health, recovery and healing. Our Father in Heaven, His will be done.
As a great business woman friend of Tina’s mentioned in a text to me the other day, “If no court has ever said he can’t pardon state crimes, then Trump should presume he has that power and simply act on it. Make the other side run to a court ‘after’ Tina Peters is rescued.”
While this process takes its time, Tina can be parked safe and sound, at Blair House across from the White House and as long as it takes, as Steve Bannon recommended, while this fight heads to the Supreme Court.
Peter Ticktin said in an interview, “No court has ever ruled on this issue” of a matter like this, Federal versus State. Let Colorado and the courts dither while Tina rests and heals in safety. It’s a mistake to “not” go get her while waiting for some court to decide whether the President can or cannot do something.

We do not expect the above scenario to actually take place, but we do hope that Tina can be rescued soon. If we could add another component for good theater, how about an Air Force One escort squadron of F-18 Super Hornets?
Those are Navy aircraft which have been observed taking off from Centennial Airport (APA) in Denver as recently as December 3, 2025. What a show (of force) that would be!
