We use the verb “entangled” with a nod to quantum physicists.
Michael Kratsios currently serves as the director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and is the Science Advisor to President Trump. Just over three weeks ago, (on April 14, 2025), Director Kratsios addressed the Endless Frontiers Retreat, in Austin, Texas. In his remarks entitled “The Golden Age of American Innovation,” he stated:
“Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.” (Emphases mine.) The complete speech is posted on the White House website here.
One of our regular correspondents, who lives near Austin, Texas sent me that quotation last week and the portion I emphasized has been circulating within my cranial neurons ever since. Exactly what did Director Kratsios mean by our ability to manipulate time and space?
He said that at ca. the 10:30 minute mark (mm) in this video of his speech, which I found curiously posted on the website of the CFR!
Was Kratsios merely speaking metaphorically? One could make that case…except that he came back to the same idea later in the speech when he said this at ca. the 19:10 mm, the very last sentence of his speech. “…to craft new technologies that will bend space and time, make more with less, and drive us further into the endless frontier.”
Were those statements merely and only aspirational? Or was he referring in some way to the now nearly century-old discoveries of Nikola Tesla, but which discoveries have remained hidden from the public?
Does the curious remark relate to the Secret Space Program (SSP)? Does it relate to what might be coming soon from the work of Elon Musk which has been developed in his various companies: the self-driving Tesla auto, SpaceX, Neuralink (brain interfaces), Starlink (global internet satellites), and whatever else might be underway in Musk’s R & D laboratories?
We do believe Elon is totally serious about sending astronauts to Mars in the near future and building a permanent base/city there. But is he really planning to use “firecracker” rockets to do it, or will he be revealing new technology to make the journey much safer, quicker, and cheaper using the (in our view) long-suppressed antigravity and other propulsion technology, which has purportedly been utilized in the US SSP for decades?
With all that swirling in my gray matter this weekend, and while searching the web for another topic only marginally related to Kratsios’ statements, I “chanced upon” (not! we do not believe in “chance”) I discovered a most astonishing video.
It involves AI, quantum computing, Dr. Michio Kaku (whose work we featured in my 20-lecture audio-video series called From Inner Space to Outer Space {ISOS}), fractal recognition, recursive intelligence signals from deep space, and other intriguing mysteries surrounding this event.
The video reports of a cover-up at NASA (no surprise there) concerning how a quantum processor embedded within NASA’s deep space monitoring instruments rendered an image whose origin is not only unknown but which resulted in some of the spookiest phenomena to ever shock and startle physicists and other scientists who were observing the output from the deep space signals.
QUOTE: What the machine returned was a coherent image—structured, symmetrical, and intelligent. It was unmistakably artificial. And it came directly from data captured by Voyager 1. Michio Kaku, one of the most outspoken minds on the intersection of quantum theory and technological advancement, addressed this anomaly in a recent interview.
“We may be witnessing the first whisper of a new intelligence,” he said, “something not man-made, not terrestrial, and certainly not random.” The image, processed and reconstructed via entangled qubit networks, displayed a figure—humanoid in silhouette but composed of geometric segments that obeyed no known biological or mechanical pattern.
It was almost as if it were deliberately designed to be incomprehensible to the human mind, yet familiar enough to provoke recognition. END QUOTE
NASA launched Voyager I in September 1977 and it is presently well beyond 15 billion miles from earth. It left the solar system and entered interstellar space in 2012 and it continues sending back data to earth.
One of the strangest reports in the NASA files of this incident was of the psychological “fallout” (reactions) of those who had witnessed the image firsthand. Among other descriptions of the reactions, the witnesses suffered effects involving “mirrored” or “layered consciousness,” recognizing fractal patterns everywhere, and non-stop in everyday life, to the point of mental overload and breakdown. That segment begins at ca. the 15 minute mark (mm).
Then there is another disturbing phenomenon that occurred: the temporal anomaly tied to the signal’s metadata. This segment commences at ca. the 18 mm. One possible explanation or at least description of this quantum weirdness is that it is “experiencing time in a non-linear framework.”
Similarly, once quantum entanglement is achieved, distance becomes irrelevant. And there (the underlined phrases) is the possible connection to the work of Kratsios as entrusted to him by President Trump.
Keep in mind that we have mentioned previously in this blogspace the fact that President Trump’s uncle, John G. Trump (1907-1985), was the foremost electrical engineering and physics expert at MIT when Nikola Tesla died in 1943. He was called in by the US government to assess Tesla’s papers. Did Prof. Trump find things therein—information he withheld from the government, but which knowledge he passed on to his nephew and which possibly have to do with how to “manipulate time and space?”
Add to that the request in Trump’s letter to Kratsios dated March 26, 2025 outlining Trump’s charge to the new Director, that Kratsios serve him in the same manner as Dr. Vannevar Bush had served FDR and Harry Truman.
That request by DJT leaped off the page because I immediately remembered that Dr. Bush (no known relation to the Bush presidents), was the initial head of the once super-secret group known in UFO circles as MJ-12, or Majestic-12, or some say Magic-12—in any case, a self-perpetuating group of 12 persons who controlled all UFO information and which later morphed into much more.
Of course, Wikipedia relegates it all to conspiracy theory, but the severe left-wing, deep state bias at Wikipedia is now becoming well-known, so we always source them with a block of salt.

Yes, I am teasing, because we all make mistakes. We have all been led astray by our legacy news media and institutions of “higher learning” (= greater indoctrination). After all, I have admitted on numerous occasions how I was so misled and under-informed that I voted for Sen. George McGovern for President in 1972—my first opportunity to vote.
McGovern was the Bernie Sanders of that day, a socialist. I did not understand the true nature of collectivism at that early stage of my adult life, had never even heard that word—whether that collectivism is called socialism, communism, fascism, Nazi-ism, etc. it’s all totalitarian tyranny.
All I knew when I voted in 1972 was that I despised Richard Nixon, because I did not trust that he would get us out of the senseless war in Viet Nam. What a change in attitude I have experienced in the past 50 years!
My understanding of what was going on behind the scenes and how Nixon was manipulated and controlled by Henry Kissinger, sheds a whole new—and I believe, true understanding of that besieged President. I could go on for pages…
Moreover, I do not claim to understand all about AI, quantum computing, and all the other topics touched upon in this video, but it is intriguing. What in the world—or what in the universe was communicating with the NASA receiver?!
Or was it something or Someone still beyond the ken of the brilliant minds there at NASA.
