Last Saturday I received an alert from a close friend telling me that Tucker Carlson had just flown to Israel and had done an interview with U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee. He urged me strongly to view it ASAP.
I was out of state and very busy from last Thursday and just returned to my office a few hours ago with no time to watch it all. I hope you took the time to watch the Star of Bethlehem video which we posted yesterday.
We are not trying to pile on with the videos, but all readers who understand who’s who in the world today in regard to people groups will certainly be interested in this interview.
Despite the fact that I myself have not yet finished the whole interview, I would strongly encourage everyone to start with and not miss the beginning 24 minutes which is a very important segment.
Tucker recorded and added it after returning home. He explains and describes how he and his crew were treated both by certain Americans (including Mr. Huckabee) and especially how he and his crew were detained and interrogated by the Israelies.
(As Q has said, “misspellings are deliberate.” They are meant to convey a message. I claim that in this case {Israelies}. However, in my case misspellings are usually not deliberate but are just plain typos. Here it is meant as a play on words, a double entendre.)
In the opening segment, Tucker emphasizes that he is not trying to influence what the viewer thinks of Mr. Huckabee’s answers (or non-answers), but Mr. Carlson encourages everyone to make up their own mind about the content.
I will likewise withhold my own commentary– given that I have not seen it all. However, my own biases are well known to readers. (As I stated in my most recent oral lecture, there are two types of people in the world: those with biases, and those who lie about it and claim they have none. If you have none, then, dear reader, you have not yet commenced true critical thinking; i.e., exercising discernment.)
