Juan talks about 13th amendment and how Trump has the constitutional power to pardon anyone. I have reviewed the 13th amendment and I didn’t understand how Trump would make this work until I asked ChatGPT.
The 13th amendment explicitly allows involuntary servitude as punishment for a crime after conviction. This is where it gets complicated. Juan did not say what I am about to suggest. He only mentioned the 13th amendment and that Trump wants this battle. I am sure if it happens it will be rolled up the courts to the SCOTUS.
