We moved to Asheville-Buncombe County, North Carolina in 1987. It was a delightful town at that time, but as the years went on, the Leftists gradually took over the City Council and then the County Commission seats.
The Asheville City Council has now for years been comprised of Leftists filling all seven seats including the Mayor. Likewise, the Left has succeeded in obtaining a majority of seats on the Buncombe County Commission. All this despite the elections showing that approximately 40 percent of the residents are Republicans and/or conservatives.
During the “George Floyd-BLM-Antifa riots” of 2020, Mayor Leni Sitnick saw to it that some downtown streets were closed temporarily to allow for the Leftist slogans to be painted thereon.
Seeing the handwriting on the wall well in advance of Asheville-Buncombe County sliding into the abyss, we “evacuated” and moved to Fletcher in 2006. Fletcher is in Henderson County just south of Asheville/Buncombe County.
Here I have been active in local politics and government for years. I serve on the Henderson County Republican Women’s Club (HCRWC) Legislation-Constitution Committee.
I gave a report to the group back in April which was about the threat of the Islamification of America and I also spoke about the Southern Poverty Law Center.
The SPLC was then being widely exposed (thanks to Kash Patel’s FBI) in some of the national media for creating and/or financing “white supremacists”—so that the SPLC could continue to raise millions of dollars from a frightened populace. What a scam …and worse!
My appearance and report at the Women’s Club led to an invitation to address the Buncombe County Republican Men’s Club (which I did not report on in this space), and most recently to address the Henderson County Republican Men’s Club (of which I am also a member). I was given 20 minutes for the talk, plus ten minutes for Q & A.
I updated and modified my report on The Islamification of America. The talk was very well received and the Q & A session was still going strong when we had to close in order to adhere to keeping the whole HCRMC breakfast meetings to 90 minutes.
The owner-publisher-editor, John North, of his twice-monthly newspaper was in attendance. He told me later that because of the importance of that information, that he was going to run the story in all three editions of his paper: The Asheville Daily Planet, the Hendersonville Daily Planet, and the Upstate SC Daily Planet. (Yes, Mr. North was a Superman comic fan in his pre-adolescent youth, as was yours truly.)
I waited to see his news article before doing a blog about it. His report was very thorough, fair, and accurate. And as the reader can see at the top of this blog, it ran a half-page on page 3 and almost a full page on page A-10.
But to save our readers the need to enlarge it paragraph-by-paragraph on your mobile phone screens, I am herewith providing you with my manuscript portion and leave you to enlarge the last sections on the Q & A session, if you wish.
His report was almost word-for-word on the pre-Q & A part. I have seen him in action at various meetings in the past. He must have been a court reporter at one time because his fingers almost fly across the keyboard when he is listening to speakers’ presentations.
I also withheld posting about my talk because I wanted to see any negative letters-to-the-editor in the subsequent edition of the Daily Planet. Sure enough, a local Leftie did not disappoint… but we shall save that for a follow-up blog. Here then is what I said in my main address to the HCRMC, chaired by the president, Bill Fishburne. QUOTE:

Thank you, Bill, for this invitation to address the [Henderson County Republican] Men’s Club. Before I begin, I have just a quick question for the audience:
Besides myself, are there any military veterans in the audience? Okay, thank you. Now in particular, are any of you veterans of the Marine Corps? You will see in a few minutes why I asked.
My topic is the Islamification of America. I have bad news and I have good news.
In one paragraph, the bad news is that the American republic has fallen so far from its original intent that the enemies of the republic have not only been at the gate, but for many decades, they have been swarming through the gates, and lately there have been no gates, all flooding into America to destroy it from within.
This has all been done with the help of very wealthy and powerful people—both inside and outside America—who want to bring down the USA to the point where they can merge us into a global government where all nations are equal… equal at a third world level.
The good news is that more and more of our fellow citizens are finally awakening (and I say finally because I have been working at this for 50 years) they are finally awakening to these facts and we are influencing our fellow citizens to make our voices heard locally and in Raleigh and in Washington, with the results that some freedom-loving legislators are hearing and acting.
I expect that many in this room recognize the ongoing crises that erupted into insanity during the Biden administration, and we also note the good news that we finally have a man in the WH who is taking the necessary actions to reverse course with deportations, tariffs, etc.
However, we also note that Pres. Trump’s actions are beset by all manner of opposition, and when the Leftists can do nothing else, they call in their sleepers on the benches of many courts in this nation, judges who then ignore the Constitution and forbid the Trump administration from deporting illegals.
That is one of a host of reasons why our midterm elections—coming up in just three months—are so very critical so that we increase our majorities in both sides of Congress to be able to impeach and remove the radical Leftist judges.
Meanwhile, also on the good news side is a bill just introduced in late April by Rep. Chip Roy of Texas. Listen to the full and official short title: {slowly} It is the Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists Act of 2026.
Of course, unlike the Democrats who lie through their teeth when they name their bills, freedom-loving legislators tell the truth when giving a title to a piece of legislation.
But even that short title is a teensy bit long, and so Chip Roy conveniently and deliberately designed it to be called by its acronym, the MAMDANI bill.
Here are a few details from Chip Roy’s office: QUOTE:
The MAMDANI Act enacts sweeping immigration law changes that would deport, denaturalize, deny U.S. citizenship, or entry to any alien who is a member of a socialist party, a communist party, the Chinese Communist Party, or Islamic fundamentalist party, or advocates for socialism, communism, Marxism, or Islamic fundamentalism.
Additionally, this legislation creates new definitions for each of these terms and repeals existing loopholes, including chain migration and fraudulent claims in current immigration law that have facilitated the mass importation of Marxists and Islamists. END of Chip Roy’s memo.
By the way, speaking of denaturalization, back in May, the Department of Justice, under the acting Attorney General, Todd Blanche, moved forward with denaturalizing and then deporting 12 men who are charged with fraudulently obtaining citizenship by concealing serious offenses. These offenses include terrorist support, war crimes, sexual abuse, espionage, and immigration fraud. The DoJ’s moves to denaturalize were filed in federal courts across the country under the Trump administration’s expanded denaturalization initiative.
Going back to the MAMDANI Act, Congressman Chip Roy stated: “Why do we continue to import people who hate us? Not just for the last six years, but for the last 60 years, our immigration system has been cynically used to disadvantage American workers’ competitiveness in favor of mass-importing the third world.
“This has not just led to higher crime and lower wages, but also the promulgation of hostile ideologies fundamentally opposed to American values.
“By targeting the Red-Green Alliance, this legislation deploys new tools to fight back against the Marxist and Islamist advance that has devastated Europe and has now arrived on our doorstep, especially in my home state of Texas.” END QUOTE
In noting support for the bill, the Immigration Accountability Project said, “Admission to the United States is a privilege, not a right.
“We have absolutely no obligation to open our doors to aliens who seek to undermine the Constitution, dismantle our republic, or champion ideologies fundamentally opposed to American liberties. A sovereign nation must prioritize its own survival and the safety of its citizens above all else.”
As noted, Chip Roy’s bill would eliminate chain migration and so-called “anchor babies,” and “birthright citizenship”. This whole issue of chain migration, anchor babies and birthright citizenship was argued before the Supreme Court in the recent session which concluded at the end of June.
The decision rested heavily upon a correct historical understanding of the 14th Amendment. Unfortunately, the Court rendered the wrong decision.
The only thing that I can conclude is that there is much behind-the-scenes pressure, intimidation, blackmail, or other tactics being used against the allegedly conservative justices.
However, I am not depressed about the decision. I think Trump expected this outcome and has other Trump cards yet to be played. We shall see.
In any event, this is all the more reason why a bill like Chip Roy’s, when passed by Congress can nullify a Supreme Court decision. Constitutionally, Congress is the last word, not the Supreme Court.
Did you know that 10% of all births are now anchor babies of illegals? Then, there are the “tourism babies” primarily from the estimated yearly 100,000 Chinese who have visited American territory just to have a baby.
Then the Chinese go back and raise that “American citizen baby” in China, and in twenty years or less they will send them back to vote and/or to hold office in America.
Both China and Islam play the very long game. If our people over the past many decades had been properly taught world history we would all know that the Western world has been a target of Muslim conquest since before the Battle of Tours in France in 732 A.D.
The Muslim conquest was only stopped for a while by European Christendom’s defensive wars called the Crusades. But the religion Muhammed foisted upon a large portion of the world over many centuries does not give up; they merely change tactics according to their holy book, the Koran.
Obviously, there is no time here for anything more than a few cursory statements about this truly existential threat we face from the Islamic invasion of America.
During his administration President Thomas Jefferson deployed the newly-created U.S. Marines to the Barbary Coast states of Tripoli, Tunis, Algiers, and Morocco to bring a halt to their state-sponsored piracy and end the payment of ransom for those Americans being kidnapped and sold into slavery by the Moslems.
That was known as the First Barbary War and it lasted from 1801–1805. Incidentally, this is where the US Marines received their nickname.
The curved swords of the Moslems are called scimitars and the Moslem fighters favored decapitation of their enemies. Knowing that, the Marines wore pieces of heavy leather strapped around their necks, and hence their nickname, the Leathernecks.
That was 220 years ago. The modern strategy of Islam is to slowly, methodically, and gradually increase their numbers until they can vote themselves into office all over the USA. Then, when their numbers reach critical mass, they can institute their Sharia law which spells the doom of all non-Muslims.
Do not fall for the propaganda that theirs is a peaceful religion. Yeah, right, it is peaceful just as the communists often claimed. They are for peace, which in their redefinition of words means that when there is no further resistance to their totalitarian ideology, then that is the peace we will all have, which means peace in the grave for those who love liberty.
Another bill was introduced also just a few weeks ago by Tennessee Representative Andy Ogles. But this bill deals primarily, not with illegal immigration, but with America’s broken legal immigration policies.
Rep. Andy Ogles introduced a sweeping immigration overhaul bill called the Assimilation Act, aimed at repealing the 1965 Hart-Celler Immigration Act and ending the scam of family-based “chain migration.”
Among other things, Ogles’ bill, H.R.7964, would eliminate the diversity-visa lottery, and abolish the H1-B visa program which Ogles called a scam.
Rep. Ogles has frequently criticized the Hart-Cellar Act, which he says enabled “third-world migration” and the “Islamification of America.” Representative Ogles has been bold by asserting the blunt truth that “America and Islam are incompatible,” and further that “Muslims don’t belong in American society.”
In reasoning why the Hart-Cellar Act should be repealed, Ogles stated that it led to overwhelming migration from the third-world and the erosion of American culture. The huge mistake of the Hart-Cellar Act was actually “the most recent declaration of war Congress has ever passed.”
Not surprisingly, the Democrats have offered a censure resolution accusing Rep. Ogles of QUOTE “spewing hatred and bigotry toward Muslim Americans.” END QUOTE
But again, if we do not learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. From the founding of Islam, the Moslems have tried to conquer Europe with military armies of men equipped with swords, with bows and arrows.
The ninth and final crusade of Christian Europeans against the Moslem invasion of Europe was in 1272 A.D. But again, that only paused the threat, and in the siege of Constantinople in 1453, cannons and gunpowder were new weapons added to the wars.
The fall of the Constantinople eliminated what was once a powerful defense for Christian Europe against Moslem invasion. But that defeat resulted in uninterrupted Ottoman-Muslim expansion into eastern Europe.
Presently in America there are about 4.5 million Muslims. I know a few of them, and so do you, and they seem like genuinely peaceful and nice people. And they will be…until they have reached the point of critical mass where they have sufficient numbers to elect or cheat to install Muslims into political office.
It is not a military invasion at this time. It is infiltration from within. We need look no further than Dearborn, Michigan; or the huge, planned Islamic residential development north of Dallas, or Mayor Mamdani in New York City.
But if we do look across the pond in England—London in particular—we see how the Muslims are well on their way to total control. By the way, the word Islam literally means submission, and the word Moslem, or Muslim literally means “one who submits”.
Those of us who see this threat to our God-given freedoms are then often labeled as Islamophobes. But what does that word mean? It means fear of Islam. I suggest that as we understand the history of the past one thousand three hundred years, we have very sound reasons to be fearful of Islam.
But we should not be intimidated or let that fear paralyze us into apathy. Rather, we should let that reasonable fear motivate us to work as hard as we can, first to know the positive spiritual and cultural values we hold dear, and to then to promote them in all our political activities, so help us, God! Thank you for listening. END QUOTE
Then followed some excellent questions from the audience after they gave a nice round of applause to the talk. During that time, I also had the opportunity to recommend two excellent books on the subject:
Sword and Scimitar by Robert Ibrahim, a protégé of Professor Victor Davis Hanson; and The Politically Correct Guide to Islam by Robert Spencer.
After the Q & A session was over, and a number of men (and women Associate Members) stayed around to chat, one attendee corrected me by saying that a “phobia” is an unreasonable fear.
I immediately agreed that he was correct, but that I had also gone on to point out that our fear of an Islamic threat to our nation was actually a reasonable fear. So, in the end, those who label us as “Islamophobes” are lying (as usual from the Left) because our fear is not unreasonable.
Then this particular attendee who said he was a member, but whom I had never met before, went on the attack and said I was guilty of treason for “inciting bloodshed.”
I was shocked by his accusation. How in the world, I thought, could anyone who is as strongly pro-Constitution as myself, possibly be perceived as a traitor!
I quickly perceived that he does not perceive at all either the threat posed, or the fact that I did not espouse or promote bloodshed or violence. In responding to him, I had noted in my answer to an audience question, that Q—a white hat military intelligence psy op had posted years ago that (paraphrasing) the military may be “the only way” to preserve our republic.
The attendee had no idea who or what Q was, and at that point I realized that any further attempts to enlighten him and make him a friend was falling on deaf ears and blind eyes. I am certain many of our readers have had similar experiences with the blue-pilled among us.
