This will be a brief notice to let everyone know that our initial block of rooms have all been taken. However, I spoke to the hotel Sales Director and have authorized an additional quantity, so that rooms are still available at the graciously-reasonable SKM Group Rate of $139/night plus taxes.
If we sell out on this additional block, would the person who is told they got the last one, or that the block is full, please contact me ASAP (email: james@stonekingdom.org), and I will see if we can get another batch to add to the full block.
Incidentally, when we make our reservation and we ask them for either a room with two queen beds or a king suite (which has a king bed and a sleeper sofa), the hotel cannot absolutely guarantee that our preferred room style will be available when we check in. Both are at the same cost.
Remember, the cut-off date for the Stone Kingdom Ministries Group Rate is March 5th, about a month ahead of our Conference, so do make your reservations ASAP.
