God’s Laws on Theft
Due to the timeliness of the phenomenal events happening on an almost daily basis, I want to share in print my two most recent lectures which have been sent out to our CD Ministry.
But since there are many more readers of these blogs than those who are on our CDM, it seems fitting that I provide a bit of foundation work to make sure that we will have “No child (of God) left behind,” in what we are trying to teach this audience.
Therefore we, first of all, are going to back up in time to give a short series of blogs from a lecture which I presented over a year ago to our Stone Kingdom Fellowship (SKF) in Cleveland, TN and to our SKF in Georgia.
So here is part one of that lecture to assist your understanding when we “blogify” the two most recent lectures—which are chock full of powerful and good news for America!

Good morning, fellow saints of El Elyon, the Most High God, who is the Creator of heaven and earth and of all that exists!
It is my high honor as well as my pleasure to welcome you to our Stone Kingdom Ministries observance of our Lord’s Passover and on Sunday our celebration of His Resurrection here at our Bible Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee on this 3rd day of April in the year of our Lord 2026.
As we have done for decades, we hold our Conferences in conjunction with the co-sponsorship of Dr. Stephen Jones, founder of God’s Kingdom Ministries.
Please turn in your Bible, or if you are using a digital Bible, click on Revelation 18:3. We will get there in a few minutes. Time permitting, I intend to bring two Bible lectures for you this weekend.
The second lecture will be brand new to all of you because we just put it in the mail to our CD Ministry. I have been doing a series on God’s law for quite some time. As you can imagine God’s law is an immense topic.
But for the past year, we have been focusing on the eighth commandment, God’s law on theft and even that singular commandment has a very broad scope indeed.
We have yet to really get into the meat of the eighth commandment as it applies to ordinary theft, by which we mean petty theft and even grand theft, such as burglaries, embezzlement, and fraud by a ring of con artists, and many other varieties of stealing such as those.
We are not focusing on that because most Christians understand at least enough of the eighth commandment to know that those types of theft are wrong—although they may not be aware of the divine judgments or punishments pertaining to the various kinds of theft.
But we are leaving all that aside for now because it is the unusual Christian, it is the rare believer, who actually understands how theft is engineered on a national and even a global level. So that is our present task. The title of this lecture is Central Banks—How They Steal on the Global Level.
Our focus in this series concerns theft on the national and international level which has been and continues to be accomplished by the wicked ones who control our economic and money systems. …but not for very much longer, of that I am quite confident.
We identify this cabal of wicked ones by the proper biblical term. They are the Mystery Babylonians and we call their system of global control by the term Mystery Babylon.
This manner of stealing by these evil and powerful men applies not only to our system here in America, but this control over nations has now been fully accomplished by the central banks because they now have control over almost every nation on the planet.
I say “almost every nation,” because out of the 197 nations recognized by the U. S. government, yes, there may be a country here or there which may not be under the direct control of this global money power, but that will usually be some tiny country which is perhaps too small for the powers-that-think-they-be to even bother with.
For example, the third smallest nation on the planet is Nauru. With an area of only about 8 square miles, it is nevertheless part of the British Commonwealth. Thus, it is my surmise that despite it being so small, it is undoubtedly controlled by the City of London/Bank of England.
Addendum Update—March 26, 2026: While Nauru had a significant offshore banking sector in the 1990s and early 2000s—acting as a tax haven with over 400 registered banks—the industry collapsed due to international pressure over money laundering concerns. By 2004, the government had revoked all offshore banking licenses, and the domestic Bank of Nauru had gone bankrupt.
Currently, Nauru has no formal banking sector of its own. Financial services are provided through a single agency of Australia’s Bendigo Bank, established in 2015, which offers basic services like deposits and electronic transfers but no lending.
So essentially, we can say that Mystery Babylon now controls the entire planet. In speaking of the zenith of their power and control over all the earth, the apostle John took dictation from Jesus in the Spirit to prophesy this in … Revelation 18:3. In this verse the pronoun “her” is referring to the beast system designated as Mystery Babylon. Follow along carefully now as I read this verse…
Revelation 18:3 For [20 percent of the nations… no! It says…] for all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
That word “delicacies” could also be rendered “luxuries,” but an alternate translation for that entire last phrase could be stated this way: “… through the strength and power of her eager desire.” Well, what is their eager desire? It is to subdue and rule the entire planet in service to the spiritual dark forces to whom they answer.
Incidentally, keep a bookmark here and turn to Jeremiah 51:7. You see, Jeremiah, back at the time of the Babylonian captivity, circa just before 586 B.C., Jeremiah predicted the great power of the ancient Babylonian empire and its subsequent demise.
Jeremiah 51:7 Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD'S [Yahweh’s] hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.
This was not only a prophecy of the ancient Babylonian empire, but it will also have a final fulfillment, which is what is happening in our era.
Have you ever heard the term of someone being “drunk on money?” In one of our lectures, we showed how the Babylonian “wine” is a symbol for the ungodly money system. We will not take the time here to repeat all that here.
Back to Revelation… In the same chapter 18, let us now look at verse 23 where we read this concerning the era when this Mystery Babylonian system is destroyed and ground to dust by means of God’s Stone Kingdom. (Not this ministry; we are only a tiny ministry teaching about God’s Stone Kingdom.)
Revelation 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
Once again, this indicates the global scope of the rule of the wicked Mystery Babylonians. We are living in that prophesied era as we are now witnessing what seems to us to be like a slow motion fall of this horrible beast system.
Now for those who have not heard this before, that word sorceries is from the Greek word pharmakeia {far-mak-i'-ah} from which we get many English words such as pharmacy and pharmaceutical, and it means witchcraft and also “1) the use or the administering of drugs 2) poisoning 3)…” etc.
Well, today we intend to begin a deep dive into how this control of the whole planet earth was accomplished over the past few centuries.
Our longtime listeners and readers will already be aware of some of this material which we have shared in several of our lecture series from many years ago; for example, in the series entitled Mystery Babylon and the Stone Kingdom and in another series called The Kingdom of God.
So if you realize you heard some of this before, please keep in mind there are always people hearing or reading our material who have never heard anything like it before, even if they have been churchgoers for many decades. Besides, everyone knows that repetition is the key to learning.
Nonetheless, I am certain you will find much new material here as well. Our primary focus will be on America, but national boundaries have never been an obstacle or impediment to central bankers, and thus they work hand in glove with one another, no matter in which nation they may reside.
The Tower of Basel is a “full blown attack” (per Bloomberg) on the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). No, it’s not. It is just a pretend attack to continue to disguise and run interference for how central banks really operate. But The Tower of Basel (I do like the play-on-words in the title.) does illustrate this hand-in-glove cooperation among central bankers across international borders.
Other than that, what can one expect from this faux exposé? It has garnered praise from the Rothschild-controlled media giant, Reuters, and from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg Business Week. If it is not legible, the line above the title reads “The Shadowy History of the Secret Bank that Runs the World.”
Well, no, it does not run the world, in my studied opinion. But it is among the “players” in the hoity-toity world of international finance, but the BIS is more of a clearinghouse than being the “top of the pyramid” of Mystery Babylon.
At the outset here in our study, and in the interest of clarity, I want you to properly understand the various terms I use in a lecture such as this. For example, you will hear me using the term “central banks” or “central bankers” quite frequently.
Back in my home area in Western North Carolina, I know quite a few people that work in the banking business, from tellers and customer service representatives, to loan officers, to branch managers, to one man who is now retired from his position as a Regional Manager for scores of branches of one of the largest banking institutions in the world.
These are all people whom I consider friends. They are not “central bankers,” even if the organization they work for, such as Bank of America or JPMorgan-Chase is connected at the top to the central bankers. My friends are just ordinary people trying to make a living.
In the same way, I know quite a few people, including several of my extended family members, who are in the medical and/or pharmaceutical industries. They may have jobs somewhere in the pecking order in their companies or corporations, but these people are not the “sorcerers” of Revelation 18:23.
Now if I were personally acquainted with the CEO of Pfizer or Moderna, well, that would be a different story because the people at the very top certainly know exactly what they are doing, and they are almost certainly part of the cabal which the Bible calls Mystery, Babylon!
So, the point is, no one in my audience should ever think that I am judging, in the sense of condemning them because they work in some type of job which is connected with Mystery Babylon.
After all, think about it. Is there any institution or organization or company or corporation that is not under the control—at least indirectly—of Mystery Babylon? None!
Because of long-term infiltration, virtually every institution and sector of our modern American society has been corrupted and is still greatly under the control of the cult and cabal known as Mystery, Babylon the Great.
So whether you work in Big Finance, Big Medicine, Big Media, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big Ag or Big Food, Big Education, Big Law, Big Government, or yes, Big Religion, you name it; all have drunken of the wine of Mystery Babylon; and there is no condemnation of you from me.
Now, allow me to define another term or two before we proceed. We know how the Scriptures speak of “the body of Christ,” does it not? Likewise, we hear the term, “the body politic.”
The body politic is defined as the people of a nation, or area, or society, or any group which is considered together as a single organized system. This term is usually used when the nation or governmental group is being compared in some way to a human body. In other words, the body politic is a metaphor for a society at large.
And just as the human body needs to have blood circulating at all times for the body to maintain health and life itself, so also in the body politic or the society at large, it needs to have money and currency circulating at all times for the life of the body politic, for the life of the nation to operate as a civilized society.
Without it, a society breaks down into very tiny, local units—such as in walking distance—where some form of barter is all there is. Clearly our modern society cannot function on mere barter.
Next, let us define money and currency because this whole Bible study concerns God’s laws on economics and money. Therefore, we need to have a clear understanding of what we mean by the various associated terms which we will be hearing frequently in this and subsequent lectures.
Just as our blood is for the life of our physical body, so also money and currency are the lifeblood of any society. A society or civilization of any size needs to have something to serve as money.
At the appropriate time in this study we shall see how man’s definitions line up or do not line up with God’s Word, but for now we will use the definitions in common use today.
Money can be defined in its simplest terms as that which is used as a medium of exchange. It allows for the division of labor in a society. And we perhaps should even spend a moment to ensure that even my relatives in Carthagena, Ohio 😉 (See my Glossary.) understand that term, the division of labor.
The division of labor is the separation of work processes into specialized tasks, where individuals or groups focus on specific roles to increase efficiency, productivity, and allow for the general advancement of the society/civilization.
In other words, without the division of labor, every man would need to provide everything by himself for the sustenance of himself and his family.
Think of the pioneers on the early American frontier. One man and his family moved away from the towns and into the wilderness. There they had to fell trees to build a cabin. They had to hunt, fish, plant gardens, domesticate animals and other very time-consuming tasks simply to survive.
But as tools and technology advance, more people can live nearer to each other. At that point, the division of labor is possible because Sammy Smith becomes a full-time blacksmith because he can earn enough money to supply his family’s needs.
Christopher Cooper becomes a barrel maker (that’s the meaning of the name, Cooper, by the way.) And likewise, he can “make a living” doing his “trade.” He trades his work for some of the money in circulation and buys necessities for his family.
Christopher Cooper has a reliable local customer named Billy Brewer, and his trade is—you guessed it—he brews {Hebrews 😊} some mighty fine beverages in those barrels from Mr. Cooper.
Meanwhile, Bobby Bauer is a full time farmer (Bauer is the German word which means “farmer”), and he can make a living by trading chickens, eggs, dairy products, beef, etc. for some of the money in circulation and thereby provide for his family the things he does not have the time or skill to provide for himself.
Then, in the same community we find Karl Kaufman who owns and operates a general store. (Kaufman is the Anglicized name meaning “merchant,” “trader,” or “shopkeeper.”)
And then there is James Bruggeman who is a contractor who specializes in building bridges. (Bruggeman being derived from the German word for bridge-man, bridge-maker, bridge-builder.)
I was a General Contractor in Palm Beach County, Florida, but it would have taken megabucks to be able to get into the bridge construction business. Nevertheless, I have always been fascinated and intrigued by how massive bridges are built. Gee, wonder if it’s in my DNA? 😎
You now understand the concept and usefulness of the division of labor, which by the way, is a sine qua non of honest and lawful capitalism.
