We left off in part 2 by concluding our portion of the lecture which continues tracing the history of central banking in America. Now, for purposes of segue, here is the last paragraph from part 2:
At this point we shall now fast forward to the present time. In the previous two lectures we have presented material which appears to indicate that Donald J. Trump is moving forward as rapidly as possible to dismantle the current central bank (the “Fed”) and to simultaneously build an alternative money system.
But this cannot be done overnight. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can understand that it would be utterly foolish to simply tear down the Federal Reserve System with nothing to replace it. That would lead to instant and widespread anarchy and chaos. It would be much worse than the Great Depression.
With no money, commerce and industry would grind to a halt. Food riots would break out in days, probably within hours, as I and my neighbors experienced on a small scale in Western NC immediately following the devastation of the hellish Hurricane Hellene.
Violence, murder and mayhem would ensue almost simultaneously and civil society in the nation would be torn in tatters with no certainty of when law and order could be restored. Of course, the chaos would play right into the plans of the cabal.
After all, their 16-year plan to destroy the United States had included just such a scenario. The Constitution would be completely abandoned and a dictatorship would have been installed virtually overnight.
Centuries of political darkness would have ensued which would make George Orwell blush in embarrassment for understating the dystopian vision he had imagined in his dreary novel, 1984.
But because the masters of Mystery Babylon have controlled all nations across the entire globe through their multiple central banks, the anarchy and chaos would have cascaded and rippled across the globe as well.
President Trump knew all this when he agreed to be the point man for the white hats in who-knows-what year it was. I personally believe he understood all this many decades ago—certainly, long before 2015 when he first rode down the golden escalator to publicly announce his candidacy.
We have previously laid out (with the help of the insights of other keen observers) how President Trump’s first term set things in place for what he knew would be a second term (or a third term, depending on what you choose to believe about faux Joe Biden’s four years occupying the WH).
President Trump is now in the implementation phase. His global “capitulation tour” in 2017 showed that he had subjugated all the key leaders around the globe to his authority. If you have studied the Q posts from 2017 to the end of 2020, you know that Q had often repeated the importance of symbolism, the importance of optics, and the importance of timing.
Thus, we (but not those who rely on fake news) we have seen how the news cycle has been largely captured by the white hats, neutering the fake news to a significant degree.
Seeing Elon Musk grab control of Twitter and clean house there while converting it to “X,” and seeing the ascendancy of Truth Social, plus with Rumble maintaining a degree of independence—all these have assisted in breaking the monopoly of the fake news which the cabal has enjoyed uninterrupted and unopposed for over a century.
As a man trained in one of the cabal’s university journalism schools—and if I had the time—I would delight in setting forth many details of the role the fake news media have played in the whole Mystery Babylon cabal for centuries, but alas… maybe someday …

So in terms of the fall of Mystery Babylon what has happened since our last lecture? Much indeed! The Mystery Babylonian beast system encompasses total control over all institutions and every aspect of society.
President Trump and the white hats are dismantling it but they have to be very careful so as not to create the chaos desired by the deep state.
Hence, I frequently hear various of Trump’s cabinet secretaries (such as Rubio or Hegseth or Bessent) and of course, VP JD Vance tell us they are using “an all of government approach.”
Which means that each individual part of the Executive Branch is not going off on their own and putting out little fires here and there. Rather, the whole operation is being coordinated by Donald J. Trump and his staff, so that the full weight of the Executive Branch can be brought to bear on the most urgent, the most important, and the central pillar of the Mystery Babylon beast system.
As we have stated numerous times, that central pillar is the money system because without money, none of the deep state bosses and their minions could carry out their tasks in helping to destroy the United States.
President Donald J. Trump knows that. He knows they cannot attack the international deep state cabal in a head-on attack. So instead, he has focused the fire of the federal government on the middle level, which is the bureaucracies and the NGOs—the Non-Governmental Organizations.
That is what DOGE was and is all about. I read recently that DOGE is now done with their work. I don’t believe that for a second. They may have closed their doors as a separate agency, but I believe they have placed DOGE-type individuals in numerous federal agencies to continue to expose all illegal and unconstitutional activities.
But we probably won’t hear about much of their work until the Department of Justice (the DOJ) begins to prosecute the criminals en masse and with a cleansed judicial system in place, to whatever degree that becomes possible.
An example of going after the middle level was the virtual shredding of the USAID, the US Agency for International Development. The USAID was among the chief culprits in disbursing billions of dollars to NGOs, who then launder it through some foreign entity or another NGO, only to have 90 or 95% of it come back to finance Democrat candidates or to fund other Leftist causes via Leftist NGOs.
We are referring to organizations like George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, or the Obama-linked Tides Foundation, or the group called Arabella Advisors. [[[PHOTO]]] Those are just examples. But that’s how that scam worked. See the book about Arabella for a multitude of proofs.

Much progress is now being made with VP Vance coordinating all the exposures of the waste, fraud, and abuse in various programs like Medicaid, and SNAP (i.e., food stamps) programs, child care and eldercare programs, hospice providers, etc.
Concerning hospice provider, did you hear that they discovered that over 800 alleged hospice care providers were located in Los Angeles county alone and that number was a major percentage of all the hospice facilities in the entire United States!?
Don’t quote me on the numbers, but when the funds were cut off to those 800+ “hospices,” guess how many of them complained? Not one! Which proves they were nearly all fraudulent.
Now, let’s turn to the decisions handed down in June from the Supreme Court of the United States (which is abbreviated as the SCOTUS). Here now is an AI-generated response which I have edited and added to for accuracy and clarity to the best of my knowledge.
The SCOTUS concluded its 2025–2026 term on June 30, 2026, issuing landmark rulings on birthright citizenship, presidential firing power, immigration protections, and gender in sports.

The key phrase there is the specific tariffs enacted. In my view this may have looked like a slap down of Trump by the Supreme Court, but I think the SCOTUS was correct; they were correct on the narrow issue which they took up.
Further, I believe that the Trump team expected the negative ruling. It was part of the plans of the white hats. You see, there are about four different methods that the Executive branch can impose tariffs, and this one heard at the SCOTUS was the weakest method.
In slapping it down, one of the justices (It may have been Cavanaugh.) in his opinion, in fact, casually pointed out the right way to do it with the other three methods.
Thus, Trump will go ahead and use the other methods with no fear of being stopped again by the courts because the SCOTUS told him the Constitutional way to do it. Does that make sense?
Now, as for the birthright citizenship issue, this looks like another one of those obvious cases where anyone who has read the 14th Amendment and the history surrounding it understands that it was only meant to be applied for the children of slaves after the Civil War. No other halfway civilized nation in the world has such an insane loophole.
But again, while it looks like defeat, I am confident that Trump and his team have a better way, but they don’t want to use it too far ahead of the November mid-term elections because that would give the Leftists Dems and communists time to respond and try to block it. We will have to see how that works out.
