The first story was brought to our attention by one of our correspondents in Ohio. We provide these short excerpts from a story by the Associated Press in the San Diego Union Tribune on May 23rd.
More than 450 Catholic clergy in Illinois sexually abused nearly 2,000 children since 1950, the state’s attorney general found in an investigation released Tuesday, revealing that the problem was far worse than the church had let on.
Attorney General Kwame Raoul said at a news conference that investigators found that 451 Catholic clergy abused 1,997 children in Illinois between 1950 and 2019, though he acknowledged that the statute of limitations has expired in many cases and that those abusers “will never see justice in a legal sense.” END QUOTE

Corporations capsizing and capitulating to the “woke” agenda are now multiplying like cockroaches in a creep house. Most Americans are now awake to the in-your-face ads of Bud Light beer, Delta Airlines, and Target stores.
Most recently, however, a TV commercial by North Face outdoor clothing features a transvestite homosexual, calling himself “Patti Gonia,” inviting viewers to “come out” and help celebrate the next few months as “the Summer of Pride.”
Notice: first, the perverts demanded a Pride Day, then a Pride Week, then National Pride Month, and now “the Summer of Pride.” Guess what’s next? Pride all year ’round. These perverts will never be satisfied! So, why are there still so many Christians burying their heads in their hands in their pews… presumably praying?
Praying is fine; we all should. But it is clear, that is not enough! Fellow Christians, God commands:
Isaiah 52:1 Awake, awake; [Notice: God did not say, “Get woke!” Curious how the Satanic counterfeit {woke-ism} precedes God’s counterpunch [the double command for the great—double awakening}! Double awakening: spiritually and politically.] put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O [New] Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the [spiritually] uncircumcised and the unclean.
Isaiah 52:2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
Question: How are we to do that if we do not get active in our local communities and take back our Kingdom nation for King Jesus? The perversity in all our institutions and our concomitant loss of liberties will continue until we awaken and apply God’s laws!
With my apology to my brother, Bob, (he knows what I am referring to and there is no need to put more out in public on either of our blogging platforms), I remind us that King Jesus had rather strong words for those who offend children.
Luke 17:2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
The apostle Paul speaks the Word of God concerning so-called Pride Day, week, month, summer in the first chapter of his letter to the Christians in Rome.
Romans 1: 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
King David also weighs in on the proud ones with his inspired words.
Psalm 59: 12 For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak.
13 Consume them in wrath, consume them, that they may not be: and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob unto the ends of the earth. Selah.
How does God, our King in the form of Jesus Christ, rule in Jacob? How does any king rule? By his laws! Any further questions?!
