This writer has been aware of weather manipulation for decades. It is not a conspiracy theory. It is established fact for those who care to do the research in open sources.
In the course of our moving our offices, I came across a newsletter to which I had subscribed for many years, written by “C. B. Baker.” As far back as the 1970s, C. B. Baker was documenting from public sources the facts of weather manipulation as a means of warfare.
Since I was trained in radar in the USAF in the late 1960s, the use of electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere was a field in which I had some knowledge and experience.
We at SKM later carried the book by Jeanne Manning called Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, and later we carried various DVDs produced by her son, Dr. Nick Begich, relating to weather warfare, mind control and similar subjects.
For those new to the subject, HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program which was affiliated with the University of Alaska and had field activities run out of an antennae array at Gakona, Alaska.
Since the Hellish Hurricane Helene hit WNC, along with other states, we have had a number of inquiries wondering if we thought Helene was a result of geo-engineered (steered, directed) weather manipulation.
“In my opinion, without a doubt,” is my answer. Of course, I have no secret or inside sources to verify my opinion, but I am basing it on my decades-long study of this phenomenon.
But here is a podcast video hosted by Col. Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D., interviewing Dane Wigington regarding this exact subject in regard to Hurricane Helene. Dane heads “Geoengineering Watch,” and was able to meet with Senators and Congressmen from North and South Carolina on this subject.
