Jeffrey Tucker’s essay was called Apocalypse in the Air. Mr. Tucker continued: QUOTE: It’s instructive that people are talking this way at all. I’ve always known folks who had a dark outlook on the future: the financial doomsayers and preppers and so on.
[We are not doubting that Mr. Tucker knows folks like that, but not all who foresee financial, economic, and societal calamity on the horizon are necessarily possessed of a dark outlook on the future.
We—and we suspect that most of our readers, the red pilled among the population—have a very bright outlook on the future, for we see a bit further on the horizon the inception of the glorious kingdom of heaven upon the earth.
The kingdom has been in existence for millennia but it has not been “glorious.” That awaits the return of the King, Jesus Christ, who will rule the world in righteousness, with His immortal and incorruptible overcomer-saints assisting in the administration of the divine laws for the planet.
We do, however, realize that the prophetic description of the path into the glorious kingdom is likened unto a woman in the pangs of childbirth. What an apt description for what is transpiring in America (and the world) over the past decades.
We have encouraged our readers/listeners for decades to do your best to be prepared for catastrophic emergencies. So, yes, we promote the idea that everyone should be a prepper. It is divine wisdom to do so. In an admonishment to lazy people, God points out that even the insects are preppers!
Proverbs 6:6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:
7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,
8 Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.
9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?
Back to Mr. Tucker.]
Then there have always been the religious apocalyptics who believe the Second Coming is right around the corner.
[To add to our comments above, yes, there have always been Christians who believed that our Lord’s return was right around the corner. Even the apostle Paul believed for a period of time that Christ’s return was imminent. What!? Paul was wrong? Yes, he was, and by his later writings, he admits it. (We do not have time to expound on that here.)]
That’s all fine but thinking the unthinkable has never been so mainstream and common, even if it is mostly restricted to private conversation for fear of cancellation. [This is another good sign indicating the masses are awakening.]
And that’s just the near-term predictions for 2024. Long term I’ve heard very smart people talk of the complete breakup of the United States, catastrophic depopulation, and a global surveillance state that would keep the planet permanently locked down.
[We could go on for pages about the previous paragraph, but we shall only briefly comment on the one in boldface. For we know that such is the agenda of the cabal (Mystery Babylonians). One does not have to have secret and “inside sources” anymore to see the truth of that statement. The cabal is openly flouting their intentions. Witness Klaus Schwab’s arrogant prediction, “You will own nothing and be happy.”
Readers also know how that as far back as the 1980s, the cabal had etched in granite on the Georgia Guidestones their plans to eliminate 13 out of 14 people on the planet. That likely includes you and me and everyone we know. Is that not motivation enough for us to educate ourselves, then others, and be involved locally to restore godly government?]
(James visiting the Georgia Guidestones in August 2021, not too many months before they were mysteriously destroyed)
What I’m not hearing is much in the way of optimism or even hope. Even those who think Joe Biden or Donald Trump should be president don’t really believe that much in the way of good will come of either presidency. [Are you kidding me, Mr. Tucker? My guess is that the vast majority of Trump supporters believe that there will be an immense amount of good to be seen in the next Trump administration.]
They are only hoping to use the power of the presidency to prevent the other side from oppressing them or otherwise punish people on the opposing team. We no longer talk about morning in America or building the city on the hill. All that language is left behind, the legacy of much better times.
[Au contraire, Mr. Tucker. Perhaps you have not listened to many of Donald Trump’s speeches at rallies in the past year? Almost everyone of them is admittedly a recitation of the problems, but then followed by an outline of his plan for a new America, better than anything you could dream of, … language along those lines, which, when we apply the biblical overlay, is perfectly in keeping with Bible prophecies of the millennial kingdom, the Stone Kingdom which will encompass the whole earth!
It is right out of the flagship verses for our ministry!
Daniel 2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain [kingdom, nation], and filled the whole earth.
Back to Mr. Tucker…]
It’s been rather obvious to me for nearly four years that something is fundamentally broken in the civilized world.
[It seems he is saying that he has only been awakened (red pilled) for four years. Which goes to show that it is not anyone’s doing, except the Lord’s doing, which determines when people wake up.
One can be the smartest guy in the state, and not have a clue; and yet, an Uber driver or the greeter at Walmart could be miles ahead in their understanding of the true nature of the war in which we are engaged, like it or not.]
The state has experimented with the population in ways that were completely unthinkable, say, ten years ago.
Think about this. Would you ever have imagined that the federal government would use all its powers to prevail upon state and local officials to close your church, school, and business?
To prevent you from traveling to foreign countries? To force you into a mask and then use every possible mechanism to inject you with an untested and unworkable experimental gene-altering technology?
[We have posted scores of essays on the whole Covid/fake vax psy op, and we hope to share in a day or two, a massive amount of information which just came to our attention. It comprises clear explanations of what happened, and what we can do about it.]
This was the great breaking. It shattered our sense of life stability and the predictability of our routines. The civic liturgy embedded in our habits—going to work, dropping off the kids, visiting grandmother in the nursing home, attending the wedding or funeral of our friend—was all shattered.
We were all forced to adapt. They kept promising that the pain would come to an end if only we complied. We complied but the pain kept getting worse.
Gradually these days passed but never the enormous psychological carnage. They also drained all trust people had in the system under which we live.
[This is very good news. Because “the system” is the beast system of Mystery Babylon. We have been in captivity for a very long time; formally, since the inception of the Federal Reserve banking system in 1913-1914.
It is now time for “the system” to come down. As Q said, “Nothing can stop what is coming!” We have related that to the Bible in our most recent Bible lectures; too much to include here.]
The experts [Phony Tony Fauci, Dr. Deborah Birx (the queen of scarves, LOL), et al.] were lying the whole time. [Birx openly admitted in her recent book that they were lying.] The agencies [CDC, NIH, FDA, et al.] were just making things up. The scientists were blinding us with baloney. Countless interest groups were clearly seizing on the chaos of the moment to make a financial killing. Media was never telling the truth.
[Of course not! As a graduate of the Ohio State University’s School of Journalism, and one who has spent my whole life since graduation in 1975 studying the media, we can attest to Tucker’s statement, the media were never telling the truth. More on that in our continuing lecture series on The Laws of the Stone Kingdom.]
There has been and will never be real accountability. [Until Trump returns.]
We see all this now. [Again, this is good news.] The loss of trust in what was has been replaced by a deep cynicism and pessimism. The younger me might have looked forward to a time when the public lost trust in authority but now that the older me has seen it happen, the results are nothing like what I might have predicted.
The biggest worry is that the loss of trust is not just in the government, media, tech, academics, and science. It also impacts on the very notion of freedom itself. I cannot explain it,
[We can explain it, but one cannot understand the explanation if all you want is the “soundbite solution,” the microwave message. It takes time and study to understand it, which is why we provide with our Bible lectures in depth examination of our problems and God’s solutions.
We are not a microwave ministry serving up spiritual sustenance in two minutes. We wholly eschew using microwave ovens for food preparation, by the way, but that’s another story.]
I cannot explain it, but somehow that seems to have gone by the wayside too. This is on the left, for sure, but it is also on the right. Public figures counseling a simple restoration of freedom seem not to get a hearing at all.
We no longer believe in what was and there is a pervasive dread in the air about what it is to be. Making it worse, there is also a growing sense that there is nothing we can do about it either way.
Sure, we can vote but it’s no longer clear if that matters. Otherwise, there are few if any mechanisms in place to take matters into our own hands and right this ship we once called civilization.
[So, what are you going to do; give up? As for voting, it is up to people to wake up, and once awake, to get active, to be involved in election integrity projects—there are many good ones now extant—and do our best to make sure our own local elections are as fair as we can make them.
Ultimately, as DJT has said, our goal is paper ballots, no machines, one day voting, with voter/citizenship ID. That is what NC is moving toward, as we have once again seen our Republican-controlled state House and Senate override the cabal-tool Dem governor, Roy Cooper’s veto, so that we now have voter ID as we had previously decided in a referendum but was overturned by then Dem-controlled State Supreme Court.
Not every state will make it all the way to those ultimate voting goals for 2024, but DJT has now seen the light in that we have to play by the same tactics as the communist Dems do—with early voting, ballot harvesting (legal in some states), absentee voting.
We have to flood the numbers in the 2024 election to such an extent that the Dems will not be able to make up the difference. This, we believe, is what also happened in 2020, but DJT and the white hats knew it and allowed them think they got away with it, all in order to set a trap for the cabal. They fell for, and are now screeching like demons as they see the handwriting on the wall!]
In so many ways, for my generation in particular, we did not know just how good we had it in those precious few years between the last days of the Cold War and the beginning of the 21st century.
I think I speak for a generation in believing that this was a new order of things and would never be taken away. This is what makes the current moment so difficult for us. It was never supposed to be this way.
[Except when one views it from the sovereignty of God perspective, it was always supposed to be this way. His Plan is perfect, but we usually only see it in hindsight. Until then, we have the gift of faith.]
In this way, my generation finds an analogy with those who came of age in the late 19th century, surrounded by rising wealth, fabulous technologies, new fruits of peace and prosperity everywhere in evidence.
This gentile period [pronounced gen-TEEL. He does not mean “gentile,” as in the biblical sense.] was utterly shattered by the Great War, which served as a reminder that this world will always be the “valley of tears” spoken about in the old prayers.
I’ve gone on too much about our dark night of the soul, which, by the way, is a meditative poem about the relationship of God and man as written by St. John of the Cross. His core point, if I may dare to sum it up, is as follows. The darkness is our opportunity to learn, discover, find our way out, and emerge on the other side with more strength, conviction, and awareness of our purpose and the meaning of life.
May this also be true for us as individuals and as a nation. [Yes, have faith, sir. It will be as you wish—only better!]
Why should Christmas be a time of joy? It depends on what we mean by that word. Mary and Joseph were forced to be in Bethlehem by an edict of tax collectors. After the baby was born, the realm was engulfed by a murderous edict that, had they complied, would have destroyed the child. What followed was immense suffering in this world, ending in death [of] the savior but also the promise of eternal life.
By all means, let us celebrate peace and prosperity, but what happens when they are not part of our experience? Why then should Christmas be joyful? Tap dancers and candy canes and legends of reindeers and chimneys are all delightful.
But that is not the source of the true happiness this season brings. The promise of true spiritual salvation is the driving force, not material decadence but rather faith in the unseen and yet to be achieved.
All of which is to say: despair achieves nothing whereas hope motivates us to find and realize true meaning in our lives. Despite whatever the White House is pushing on us today, we can still find joy in truth, even in times that are hard and getting harder. END QUOTE
Nice that he closes on the positive note, and we can say amen to that. Mr. Tucker’s article appeared in my Epoch Times print edition of December 27, 2023-January 2, 2024, and online at this link.
