Let me be clear—as I have explained in some of my many previous blogs on this topic since February, there definitely is a viral threat, but yet in my studied opinion, Covid-19 is also a “false flag” operation of the cabal.
Note well: A false flag does not mean it is not real, only that it is not what it appears to be, i.e., it is not what the Lying Legacy Media are constantly telling us it is. Don’t take my word for it; do your own homework. (I provide you a place to start below with a video.)
To the point: With the alleged “surge” regarding the Coronavirus (CV), have you found that your governor is issuing “orders,” “mandates,” “requirements” that you wear a mask? Here are a few headlines (or lead sentences) following our governor’s decree on June 24th:
“North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper issues order requiring masks…”
“NC Gov. Roy Cooper issues mandate requiring face masks in public…”
“North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has announced that residents are now required to wear face masks in public…”
“Gov. Roy Cooper has ordered people across the state to wear masks…”
“Cooper also announced a mandate that face coverings…”
And if your governor acted similarly, do you have any headlines like the one below of sheriff’s reactions following the dictate of your governor?
“Some central NC sheriffs [and my Western NC County sheriff—thanks for having a backbone, Sheriff Griffin!—JWB] say they won’t enforce Cooper’s statewide mask requirement”
After viewing this video by a patriotic woman in California, I looked into the legal basis for my governor’s decree. Here it is (and it may be very similar to your state’s situation). The very first “whereas” in the Executive Order states that the authority to make such decrees is based on the fact that the NC governor issued an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency—as did the governors of all 50 states, remember?
The authority to then essentially become the state dictator is based upon certain NC statutes. All underlining below is by me—JWB.
On the Governor’s official letterhead, it is labeled “June 24, 2020 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 147” And here is the first “whereas.”
“WHEREAS, on March 10, 2020, the undersigned [Gov. Cooper] issued Executive Order No. 116 which declared a State of Emergency…”
Many pages further down, it lists eleven exceptions. The only one pertinent to this discussion is the very first one.
“Exceptions. This Executive Order does not require Face Coverings for—and a Face Covering does not need to be worn by—a worker, customer, or patron who:
“1. Should not wear a Face Covering due to any medical or behavioral condition or disability (including, but not limited to, any person who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious or incapacitated, or is otherwise unable to put on or remove the face covering without assistance)…”
Alright, let’s go back to this phrase: “any person who has trouble breathing” I find it a curious coincidence that this links prominently to the George Floyd false flag/psy op, where we all witnessed what appeared to be a man with a cop’s knee on his neck, and the man is saying “I can’t breathe!” You do remember that, don’t you?
The Executive Order then goes on to list ten more exceptions. Immediately after listing the 11th and last exception, the Executive Order states: “Anyone who declines to wear a Face Covering for these reasons should not be required to produce documentation or any other proof of a condition.”
There you have it. When I wear a face mask, I have trouble breathing (clean, healthy air), don’t you? And per the Executive Order, we are not required to prove that such is the case. Therefore, I am carrying a copy of the Executive Order with me in my vehicle to show to any store manager, worker or other patron who may wish to see it. Your state probably has the same or similar language. Now here once again is a link to this educational video.
